Always note the language of these groups.
"We work in outreach/organizing things in the community," they're likely scummy.
"We act as counsel and provide support" is less likely to be bad touch.

Summary appears to he that he has somehow managed to get open access to kids. Now he's gone into full "think of the children" mode.

So if the pictures were paid for, would that come with rights to use them for criticism and/or ridicule? Or is Jessica saying that if you're his parents' friend, you'll put up their swinger picnic photos from 1994 because you're MISS A1 AUTOHAUS?
He got the photoshoot for FREE and is now hitting up his FB friends to buy more images, or tokens as it were, probably from MyFreeCams.

So he went to some scammy "free photo shoot" session offered by a new photo studio. When they told him that images would be hundreds of dollars each or $3000 for the hi-res files, instead of doing the normal person thing and realizing you've been had and walking away before spending money (or grumbling and buying your favorite photo you know you'll never recapture for $100), he decided the right way to handle the situation was to beg the internet for the full package deal no one normally buys.
You can hire a photographer for a full wedding and reception with a fantastic portfolio and full access to the digital files for $3300. I guess when you've been living with mom so long, what normal things cost is probably pretty lost on you.

It’s my understanding that the photo shoot was part of the MissBC pageant and maybe it’s just for that campaign and they don’t get to use them otherwise.

No way was a $3300 photo shoot required by the pageant. They probably said you had to have a professional portrait photo for the brochures, and Johnny went the extra mile with fetish costumes and makeup. These kinds of things, when they're legitimate organizations, don't tend to lock you into specific vendors for your costume/photos/etc., you find and hire your own (or, if you're deadass broke, get someone to sew for you or photograph you).

No, I think the photography service was donated by a photographer for ALL Miss BC applicants and the photog makes the money on selling prints.
Either way. It leaves an awful scammy taste that in one breath it’s “give me $10k because LGBTQ support from tax payers money” and then “$3300 because I’m vain AF”
