Jonathan Yaniv / Jessica Yaniv / @trustednerd / trustednerd.com / JY Knows It / JY British Columbia - Canada's Best Argument Against Transgender Self-Identification

3300 is an awful LOT for a photo set, in my experience. Either he got a very very good photographer or he did some experimental shots that the studio was willing to comp him a couple of photos for because they wanted to try out a new location or technique.

Either that or he looked a total prat in the pics, so they set the price very high because they don’t actually want to be associated with him and are hoping he won’t be able to afford and release the set with their name on it.
OR he’s just straight up lying. Is he even producing receipts for any of this Miss BC shit?

So i was watching some chris troll thing on youtube when a picture of him was shown looking... well 720768720769

At least Chris's delusions are somewhat harmless to everyone but himself and he doesn't try suing people for not waxing his balls.

A low bar but hey, at least he clears it.
I don't think Yaniv is delusional and believes he's a woman (although I do think he might have always had an interest in crossdressing). I think he's a scammer, plain and simple, and uses the legal system to try and make money/bully people into doing what he wants. If that takes being a tranny to do so, that's what he'll do.

Danger money. Scrubbing the brimstone smell out of the soft furnishings after producing these cursed images doesn’t come cheap. I for one am excited to see them and willing to comply with our Sea Witch’s command to share them far and wide on social media.
He is right- social concepts of beauty need to be expanded to include and/or center simpering, pedo, cross-dressing grifters.
I predict he will be making his alluring and not at all uncannily robotic pouty face in every one and will be wearing some sort of shimmering gown that looks like he was rolled through the clearance bin at Joanne’s Fabrics by a party clown with a grudge. The overall look he will be serving will fit the category “Prom-Themed Garbage Pail Kid.”
It’s going to be great.

Encounters indifferent employees who don't try to save his life or cosset his fee fees. Goes home to spend days filing complaints. Further indifference follows.
he would probably just file slightly different paperwork if they did try to help: "I was assaulted by a sudden hand on my upper back" or some bullshit. Nothing makes jon happy except for money.

@trannyfucker why no tampon mentions in the thread description? someone might glance at it without knowing he's the tampon king of canuckistan

It’s my understanding that the photo shoot was part of the MissBC pageant and maybe it’s just for that campaign and they don’t get to use them otherwise.

Oh, but it was $3000 a week ago, now it’s $3300.

Also some new litigation....

Basically ridiculous to file as X then brag about it on a social media profile.

I found Murphy's cases by searching on her name here: https://justice.gov.bc.ca/cso/esearch/file/caseBasics.do?fileID=2987808

Are the cover pages shown above the "requisition" with subsequent sheets requiring more payment?

They ask for a $6 fee (no mention of fax or mail only). Paging @bunnyatlaw, when you paid to see JY's lawsuit against his mom's condo, how much more were you asked to pay to see the actual suit? ETA: I paid the $6 and got taken to the page where I have to pay $10 more for fax or mail. Dammit...

I supported trans ideology until I couldn’t anymore

JY's antics apparently caused this former tranny supporter change her mind. Relevant passage only posted.

But early this year, everything changed. In January, information about the alleged misbehaviour of a self-declared transwoman (“JY”) was revealed. Initially known for filing human rights complaints against 16 Canadian women who declined to wax male genitals, JY was now alleged to have made predatory comments about young girls online. One comment JY allegedly left said, “Every single time I take that ferry there’s field trips with 10-12 year old girls on it… If a girl asks me for a pad or tampon and help on how to use it, if it’s her first time, what do I do?” A selfie of JY in the women’s washroom, which included girls standing in the background, also began to circulate. Understandably outraged, many women (and several men) tried to discuss their concerns about JY’s behaviour, only to be silenced for referring to JY as male. On Twitter, temporary (up to seven days) and permanent suspensions were doled out, making it increasingly clear that the transgender umbrella was successfully being used to shut down any discussion of JY’s actions. Once I became more aware of the policing happening around the supposed “misgendering” of JY, I began to notice this happening on a broader level. Women were being silenced en masse, simply for speaking their truth.

While I remained steadfast in my beliefs that transgender individuals were vulnerable, and that women should accommodate them, the situation involving Twitter and JY created a tiny crack in my previously impenetrable armour. How was it acceptable that those sounding the alarm about egregious actions were the ones being reprimanded?

I get 100% what the above is saying. I think what makes the matter worse is how many in the trans community are standing by this obvious predator. It doesn't help your cause to come to the defense of every single member of your "community" (in quotes because I think we all agree that JY is not trans, and is instead a sexual predator who got creative), especially when it's clear there are some who are really toxic.

Every other community is supposed to call out the bad apples, but we need to protect the sexual predators who want to insert tampons in 10 yr old girls just because they say they are trans?

This author is a retired psychologist who has worked extensively with young people. She came on Twitter mid-January saying she was very pro-trans but wanted to know "if (the screenshots) are true, you sick fuck." She said on Twitter that she contacted RCMP and even Morgane Oger as she's local.

In the FC piece, she details the convo:

"In frustration, I contacted Morgane Oger, one of the most public faces of the Canadian transgender community and a Vice President of the British Columbia NDP, the province’s ruling party. Oger suggested we speak over the phone, an offer I considered quite generous. We spoke for almost an hour, and Oger listened to my concerns, telling me that other women had reached out regarding JY’s behaviour as well. Oger stated that it would be fruitless to bring such concerns to law enforcement unless there was concrete, verifiable evidence to present them with. I was encouraged to find possible sources and to get in touch if I found any. Based on our conversation, I felt Oger was troubled by the accusations that were being made against JY and was taking them seriously.

During our call, Oger mentioned an event that had occurred a few days earlier at the Vancouver Public Library, discussing gender identity ideology and women’s rights. While I was not at the presentation and could not comment on what occurred, I was struck by Oger’s description: “It was like 1933 Berlin.”

It was at that point — when I was told challenges to and questions about gender identity ideology in defense of women’s rights were equal to the lead up towards one of the worst genocides in human history — that I had my “WTF?” moment, and I began to tip.

tldr: Headley learned how sick fucks in the BC government and at Twitter want to mandate everyone shut up about JY. For Yaniv, shutting people up isn't even enough. He wants press fluff stories for being the first Miss BC but appears to want to hide his identity in a REAL court suit he filed.

Speaking of, anyone willing to go pay the $10 to get the court documents mailed to their PO Box?

A bit late, but Tampon Man went international again: he was mentioned in an interview with a feminist blogger on the French news site Atlantico on April 5th https://www.atlantico.fr/decryptage...it-etre-maniee-avec-infiniment-de-precautions

Transphobia: why accusations of "misgendering" should be handled with an infinite amount of precaution

The example of Zineb [Zineb El Rhazoui, French-Moroccan columnist and Islam critic who was recently accused of transphobia for pointing out the dangers with the concept of "misgendering"] refers to the impact that laws to protect gender identity have on women: Jonathan Yaniv, in Canada, has filed a complaint of discrimination on the basis of his identity as a woman against 16 beauticians in several salons. beauty for women who refused to do a Brazilian hair removal. Subsequently, the captures of a private conversation between Yaniv and a woman were published on the net, in which he expresses the desire to help young girls around the age of 12 to put their stamp on the delusional pretext that he would like to bond with them because he himself will soon have "his rules" thanks to his hormonal treatment. Are we supposed to believe such an individual in good faith when he says he is a woman? Is there not a discussion about this principle that one is a man or a woman according to criteria as fuzzy as the "deep identity" of a person? Questioning these ideas, however, is perceived as transphobic, discriminatory. The concept of "megeneration" is intended to create an offense whereby the use of "bad" pronouns against trans people would constitute "incredible violence", which should be punished, on the pretext that by discussing transidentity, we participate in killing trans people.

(...)

Gender identity is a dangerous concept precisely because it has no real definition. It is something that is not verifiable, which is a matter of perception, but we ask, we even demand, of society as a whole, that it adheres to it. When it is enshrined in the law, it is a huge legal loophole because it contradicts the notion of sex, which is observable, material, and above all else protected by law. How can we, as a feminist, protect women and girls from male violence if we say that everyone can be a woman, that we must believe people like Yaniv on parole? Non-mixed spaces do not exist without reason. In fact, nothing distinguishes a "real" trans woman from a man who claims to be a woman. Because in both cases, they are male individuals who have "proof" only their word.
Certain aspects of trans activism would occasionally unsettle me, such as self-identification being the primary requirement needed for transwomen to compete against female athletes and on women’s sports teams, but I pushed those concerns aside. This wasn’t worth my attention, when transgender individuals were supposedly being discriminated against in so many areas of society
This seems to be a pretty common thing among people who peak trans. They might be uncomfortable with certain aspects of the trans rights movement but they try to push those concerns aside because they always get told trans people are the most oppressedest people in society. Then, when they encounter somebody like Yaniv and see how TRAs try to protect even those people, they reach the tipping point.

It's a major part of progressivism in general and is shared with cults- accept the entire platform or you're a sinner, a bad person with shoddy morals. That's why the stories always end up feeling very black-and-white to those remaining inside, leaving IS like a switch flips in your head. If you're still in it, and especially for the troons who need it to continue their grifts, you just pretend there's no dissonance until you can't anymore. Classic cult behavior!

Invoking Amanda Todd, a 15 year old girl who killed herself after being blackmailed over explicit photos by a middle aged man, is breathtakingly shameless.
I have to agree. Just reading that made me angry as hell.
I knew Amanda Todd through my young niece. Amanda went through hell and that manchild's period issues are nothing in comparison.
