Trolling, maybe, but not our jovial entertaining type of trolling- rather, the way the word was used before the internet. He may be bluffing about his activities but it's not just because he wants to get a reaction from people online, it's because he wants to build himself as that kind of person to make it happen. Just like his bullshit websites where he puffs himself up as a 'trusted nerd' because he figures if he says it enough, people will believe it. He's hoping that, eventually, he'll have enough of a footprint that some girl will message him questions about her period, and of course he'll have all sorts of information to provide and why yes of course he'll visit and help her with...

It is actually against the law, I don't know where you heard it's not but they're wrong. It's considered a "intimate image".

I went to the cyber tip line for canada website and they do take reports for “Making Sexually Explicit Material Available to a Child”, they include the legal definition of "sexually explicit materials" which is
Material that is not child pornography, and that is

  1. A photographic, film, video or other visual representation, whether or not it was made by electronic or mechanical means,
    1. That shows a person who is engaged or is depicted as engaged in explicit sexual activity, or
    2. The dominant characteristic of which is the depiction, for a sexual purpose, of a person’s genital organs or anal region or, if the person is female, her breasts;
  2. Written material whose dominant characteristic is the description, for a sexual purpose, of explicit sexual activity with a person; or
  3. An audio recording whose dominant characteristic is the description, presentation or representation, for a sexual purpose, of explicit sexual activity with a person.

I know that character in the icon is a supposed transgender Mario character, and the banner they're using is the pokemon Sylveon. Do we know if Yaniv is Bing Bing Wahoo? He's certainly soy and his "pre-transition' pictures are strikingly similar to one Angry Nerd, that is if Rolfe were to be attacked by bees.

You could conceivably construct this persona by googling "trans nintendo characters" but if any of you have noticed at any point JY showing an interest in Nintendo games, especially Pokemon or Paper Mario, that would be great to know about.

I used to run a forum geared towards teenagers and books. We had a man spam us, sending hundreds of pornographic images to girls as young as thirteen. Through someone, I obtained the name, address, ip address and other information and contacted the Vancouver Police. They came to my house, I gave them all the information and showed them the images. I wanted to try and press charges.
I was told that I couldn't, because sending porn to children isn't against the law. It can only be used in criminal charges if they take it to a personal level...such as telling the child what they would like to do with them...or as someone else suggested, grooming. But an image alone, is not enough to convict.

Canada patted itself on the back for raising age of consent from 14 to 16 nationwide...and then says a child of any age can be sent a dick shot?

Oger said the women he interviewed had a decent case, and it's also a decent chance that the PD is keeping Oger abreast of things to come. Just today, he's bragging about giving underage runaways money to "help," That's just the part I can see, awaiting @xenuwarriorprincess daily Twitter report.

This is a prime example of the attention seeking. This was posted around the same time as the police allegedly being called for a gun for a timeline reference.

Lindsay is also someone JY is suing and I’m sure emotional distress is in that complaint somewhere. ?

ETA: So we have the police confronting Jonathan over a gun threat April 2. By April 3, they take Jonathan involuntarily for a psych eval. And this person...is supposed to be a role model...for women?
