It's hard to know. He's such an enraging, disgusting piece of child molesting shit that I can easily see someone becoming incredibly frustrated by him getting away with murder and flipping their shit. no one who is on a psych watch in a developed country is going to get to have anything they could use to hurt themselves with. Phones have glass parts, metal parts, and batteries. These rooms go so far to keep any materials away from suicidal people as to order toilet paper without the cardboard tube in it. There generally aren't knobs on the sinks. Some mentally ill people really will hurt themselves with anything available to them, and if a health care system helped them do it via cell phone components then they would have gotten sued a lot and changed protocol. The only way I could work out him telling the truth in theory was that he was using his phone while being transported.

Depends on the place really, it's like prison you have min and max security, but if you're not batshit insane you may be allowed to keep your phone.

I don't know how Canadialand works but in at least some US states (50 states, 50 sets of rules) when someone is taken in for an initial assessment at a hospital their phone is not necessarily taken from them. They're just under observation to make sure they can't do anything. If they get a hold on them (48 hrs, etc) instead of just meeting with people in a hospital environment is where they start taking shoelaces and shit. I wonder if a short assessment might have been the extent of it- although it's certainly also possible he's lying.

Anyways, what are people's feelings around the likelihood of JY ever finding a way to make his tampon insertion demo dreams come true.. then actually following through? He does have a very actively malicious personality, but is he capable of actually pulling the trigger? The number of people who view rape porn is a lot higher than the number within that subset who've committed it. If he just talked about it, he’d be a total creeper. But in order to make his fantasies happen, he’s trooned out, campaigns to change the laws, takes on responsibilities that give him access to girls and is currently trying to legally silence anyone who criticizes him. He has a clear, detailed scenario, a specific age range and is capable of planning and manoevering (legislative change etc.) what’s stopped him so far I would guess is direct physical access. He’s now attempting to change that.

This is why Ogre and his ilk are so dangerous. What keeps children safe is multiple layers of protection. Parental watchfulness, safeguarding processes and rules, and then the structural stuff like men not being allowed in areas where small girls are vulnerable. Ogre and troons in general are hellbent on stripping that structural stuff away. Of course not all men blah blah but we don’t exclude all men from bathrooms etc because we think all men are evil. We do it because a small subset of men are determined predators and we can’t always tell which ones. ALL decent men know this. No decent men would demand access because they KNOW that women and girls need that private secure space.
What Morgane Ogre etc want is dismantling that protection and it will result in women and children being harmed.

I would say the chances of him offending are high. The chances of him stopping until he does, if he’s not stopped by law enforcement/societal protection layers are almost nil. He’s obsessively rehearsed every possible iteration of his scenario - the only thing that’s stopping him (and an awful lot of other predators) is access.

That all makes sense, for sure, no disagreements. The only thing that gives me pause is that I tend to imagine successful predators as being relatively discreet, sometimes to the point of evading detection for decades or until after they die. It seems like JY literally cannot help himself from creating an ever expanding internet footprint of him explicitly discussing his fetish in really dumb and sloppy ways to anyone who'll listen. That's the only thing that doesn't add up in my mind. Like, he really seems to lack basic theory of mind and seems like he may actually not understand that the odds of him happening upon a pubescent girl suddenly realizing they're having their first period and being unprepared.. and him being within sight of said girl... and being the first person she turns to, a bizarre totally non-passing troon in a 2 sizes too small dress, vs. silently seeking out her parent or guardian... and being able to show them how to use it without anyone coming into the bathroom and immediately intervening or calling the cops... are completely non existent. Like, this is a guy dumb enough to have sincerely attempted to create "National Sex Day" as a college-age adult in the hopes of getting some.

I'm not sure how much directly detailing his fantasies he does to people anymore, seems like that phase might be over, but even in the face of mounting evidence and exposés being posted across multiple venues online, Oger even pressing eject, he still cannot resist the urge to rant about tampons on twitter, or town hall meetings, etc. and does nothing to help his case except for shout transphobia and get people banned from twitter.

Now, the odds of this go up a few points if he actually is working around girls and has more private situations available + consistent access to the same girls to enable a grooming process. But by now any employer who puts people in positions of trust around other's kids and would do a background check would do a quick google and NOPE right the fuck out of there. I have to imagine any parent who's met JY if he actually is supervising kids has their guard up, it just doesn't seem like he's charismatic in any way IRL to make up for his bizarre appearance, neon-red-flag internet presence, etc. and be able to deceive anyone - or for that matter, establish an actual mentor-type relationship with a young girl, since all of his concept of young girls is rooted in sexual fantasies and shallow stereotypes, and doesn't have the ability to sincerely relate with their life experience. As far as I can see, he mostly communicates with young girls strictly on a basis of initial pleasantries that soon devolve into harassment and/or bathroom talk behind the safety of his keyboard.

Again, it could be thought that he's actually dumb enough to think that all his troon grandstanding and litigation and campaigning is the perfect way to commit the perfect crime, even with an ever larger amount of eyes on him and diminishing benefit-of-doubt, even from the troon community which is essentially an eternal fountain of benefit-of-doubt.

Of course, all this said, that doesn't rule out a hamfisted, clumsy, and successful attempt at IRL molestation. Sigh.

And of course, the legal precedents that are allowing him to get even as far as he has, open the door for someone who's not a completely obvious lunatic to more easily achieve goals like JY has.
