The court record shows two new cases were filed in BC Supreme Court on April 4. Looks like Yaniv is trying to get a judgment against Meghan Murphy, her lawyers, and Lindsay Shepherd. The parties are the same in both cases, but in one the applicant is called "JY" and in the other he is "X."

The initiating document is a requisition. It is not available to view online - it can only be sent by mail or fax. (Or viewed in person for free at the Vancouver registry downtown.)

The document that is available to view (archive) is the ruling from the Human Rights Tribunal on re-opening JY's complaint against Sheilah Poyer and awarding costs to her and JCCF.

There used to be five of them: JY or "X" vs. Meghan Murphy, Lindsay Shepherd, JCCF, John Carpay and Shelah Poyer's JCCF lawyer. So in Canada, are all public records expunged when you drop cases?

I dropped $6 a couple months back to even see this. They were requiring a fax/IRL address to send to. Are they allowing digital delivery now?

If he did insulin-od himself, it'd be a genuine emergency. People used to do that in the 1970s to lose weight, and if they didn't die, they gave themselves diabetic-like conditions. I'm gonna say Jon didn't steal his mom's needles and supply this time. With his measurements, he's almost certainly a Type-2 diabetic. Who sees eating himself to death or taking too much insulin as suicide attempts. It would explain why he says he's tried to kill himself daily.

Yeah, it does seem less common than I thought it was. Looks like FaxBetter is legit and there are well known websites like myfax or hellofax that give a 30 day free trial but first require a payment method, so it's not anonymous.

It's not phentermine. It's fallen far out of favor since the fen-phen scare of the 1990s and almost no one prescribes it.

If you inject too much insulin, you go into a hypoglycemic shock , asituation that can induce seizures and death. Obviously he didn't take enough insulin here, but if he told medics that he was on it and thought he took too much, they'd have to transport him.
