While I fully agree with the Pageant's decision, no amount of surgery can make you "genetically" female, unless that surgery involves extracting the DNA from every cell in your body and replacing it with XX. Pretty exceptional to even allow them in after they've hacked off their meat. They're still not women.

I've been keeping up with this drama since the thread was new. I had an account but forgot the password and couldn't be assed to make a new account.
What I don't understand is why, after almost 300 pages, no one ever brings up how JY tried to get some young girl to meet him in a hotel:
This fucking sicko tried to convince a young girl to meet up with him under the guise to obtain pads for his disgusting wet dreams. There is absolutely nothing to justify this, EVERY sane adult knows that trying to meet up with a child that you do not know for any reason is wrong and a quick way to end up in jail. To me this is far more alarming than the often shared screenshots of JY talking about helping a girl out with a tampon. The tampon talks are disgusting, but it doesn't show him actually *doing* anything to a girl, it just shows him talking about a (disgusting) hypothetical situation. But with this screenshot, we see he actually attempted to do something with a girl.
There's no telling if he has ever been successful in getting a girl to meet up with him, but even if he hasn't done so yet, there is always the risk that one day he will. There is absolutely no reason or evidence to believe that Jonathan Yaniv isn't a risk to children. It makes me sick that Morgane Oger acts like Jonathan Yaniv is just a confused man who still has a chance for redemption. Jonathan Yaniv is beyond saving at this point. Once you start trying to meet up with children, you are a child predator, and child predators cannot be helped.
His other questions to that account did get pointed out, as did the fact that JY tried to get several of those girls to text him, which is more or less the digital equivalent of trying to lure them into his van. Not sure if that one actually got missed or if I'm just overlooking a post somewhere, but either way it bears repeating. Good catch.

British Columbia stopped requiring surgery for a legal gender change five years ago. Apparently now it only takes a note from a doctor: https://www2.gov.bc.ca/assets/gov/health/forms/vital-statistics/vsa509a_fill.pdf
I'd be surprised if Jonny actually talked to a doctor about his womanly identity, but, if he did, I'm sure it would take nothing to convince a Canuck doctor to sign off on his gender change.

No matter how much JY might try to spin this genitalia inconsistency, it certainly doesn't help to have such conflicting statements out in the public where non-asspatters can use JY's own statements to back up their claims and concerns.
How much legal muscle does a homeowners association (HA) have in Canada? Some in the US will take action over the most trivial of items such as putting the trash out five minutes early or painting a house with a slightly-off shade of an approved color.
Alternatively, one wonders if the HA fears the possibility of a tribunal case of they evict JY because of JY's reputation of going to the human rights tribunal and alleging anti-trans discrimination towards any type of self-perceived negative action against JY -- even when the claim is dubious at best.
