I'm sure regardless of the response, the LGBTetc community will still find the response inadequate and demand that someone be fired, doxed, boiled in oil, etc. for daring to discriminate against them by not respecting their flag. Sad thing is, it sounds like it was a true oversight or accident with no malicious intent involved. Unfortunately, the community perceives any slight -- no matter how accidental -- as an intentional act of discrimination that calls for the most drastic action and contrition on the part of the offender(s).

I'm not sure if Pride Month is a thing in Canada, but south of the border, it seems every company and person that believes in virtue signalling can't help but go out of their way to the point of near absurdity to make themselves look as woke as possible in appealing to the LGBTetc crowd each June. As such, the above response makes sense given how the month of June sees a ridiculous level of pandering to that community.

In a way, it's patronizing for people and businesses to behave this way for one month and then do little else for the other 11 months. If I recall the recent ruling written by tribunal member Devyn Cousineau, Devyn stated that as much as JY has filed and withdrawn a number of complaints, it's not at a threshold to be considered vexatious. However, Devyn did express concern over the withdrawn cases where the respondent was eager to address and respond to the issues being raised in JY's complaints -- stating that JY really shouldn't drop cases in those instances if the complaints being raised are of utmost importance and concern to have prompted the initial filing.
