I mean do you expect someone who dresses, acts, and sorta looks like a woman to go in the men's room and piss in a urinal? I'm not talking about Jonathan here or others that purposefully try to invade spaces and use modern gender identity as a weapon; I'm talking about those who actually do transition and live as women and often have had parts chopped. I've met folks like that. I'm sure they go in the women's room at Target, go in the stall, piss, and get out. Like someone mentioned above, the couple that I know transitioned long before the current gender trender stuff. And what they don't do is what Jonathan does- stand there and take selfies in the bathroom whether alone or with underage girls behind them. I certainly think they've got a screw loose somewhere in the same way anyone who is unable to accept their body and goes to get surgery\etc does but it's a very different loose screw than the ones rattling around in Jonathan's head.

Of course it's fair to say that the forced acceptance of gender as an identity apart from sex with the first group of people in mind has absolutely enabled people like Jonathan.

I mean, I guess if they don't have a dick and they're respectful and just go in the stall and whatever, I probably wouldn't care or even really notice. But if they have a penis, they don't belong in the women's bathroom (or locker room, or shelter, or whatever). And none of them belong in women's sports or prisons or that sort of thing at all. I just really do not agree with men invading women's privacy though.. it's more okay for transsexuals who've had surgery, but it's not awesome imo. idk I just think women deserve privacy and rights to women-only spaces. You know? And either way, if you let some men in, you end up having to let all men in - including troons like Yaniv. So that's a whole other element to the problem.

eta: I think it would be more prudent for trans people like the first set to lobby for single-stall gender neutral bathrooms (in addition to men's and women's) and for trans spaces (like trans shelters) rather than invade women's spaces and violate women's privacy. Which afaik used to be the case before the troons came around and decided that women's rights had to go.

Being a pedophile is not a personal characteristic that's protected by the BCHRT, so it will be interesting to see how this one gets spun.

I noticed on my drive to work the sticker was missing. I wonder if he took it down and brought it to today's hearing?

Damn, this thread moves faster than a googleshng! I feel like we passed by this bro without much comment. This is Tara_trans, who was trying to get GoingLikeElsie booted from twitter. I know we tend to categorize trans by concepts like "passes well" (think Buck Angel or thin-era Bailey Jay) or "no effort" (think Jake Alley or Becca), but most are somewhere in between. I don't even know what "in between" category this belongs to but maybe "shit effort"? Everything about this screams "mandude with long hair". Even Terra uses more flattering angles than this. It reminds me more of an old-school linebacker pose from team picture day than anything remotely "girly" or feminine. He just needs one of those white neckroll pads that NFL players used to have.

Wouldn't Jonathan have to admit that he sent those texts if he brings these stickers to court? He'd probably say something along the lines of trying to bond with women.

I've said this before, but it's important to note that at this point, being a transgender person is his only identity. That in itself, is probably why he's trying so hard to assert that he is a woman.

Though he occasionally confesses to having sent shit due to his distress over actualizing his gender identity in a hostile world (ahem), he usually says the pedo tweets and texts are fakes created to defame him and endanger his life. Then he sends himself death threats from the Nazi KKK cell doing evil daily in Vancouver.

I fucking love Lindsay Shepherd, she's not whinging like Meghan Murphy that her twitters been taken away, she's smiling in that video. She's not stupid, when she posted that Tweet she was looking for a fight. Some People just perform well when they're being attacked. Look at what happened with her and Wilfred Laurier, a huge institution reduced to complaining that the nasty Post Grad was raking them across the coals. And she's doing all this shortly after giving birth in difficult circumstances.

I watch her videos and sometimes they can be a bit dry, but in this video, she makes short snappy statements, looks energized, and super hot.

There are a lot of Canadian Progressive types celebrating on Twitter right now, because they hate her with a passion. Once Yaniv starts finding a larger audience they're going to start deleting shit.... time to start archiving!

There are so many fucking online Thot's out there playing games dipping their toes in the water, Lindsay Shepherd is the real deal, out there starting shit with the worst examples of modern SJW culture.

Then this would mean that he has a huge persecution complex. I looked at the timestamp on his tweets, and it seems like he tweets from approximately 6am until 3am in the morning. Paradoxically, this is probably worse for his mental health, considering the fact that his twitter feed is currently a flaming trashcan.

This video was uploaded last night, then it got taken down. Then she uploaded this one, and it's been taken down again.
I wonder if Yaniv is fucking with her again. She technically violated the publication ban by referring to him by name, so I wonder how much trouble she would be in if Yaniv reported her to the cops in Canada. Publication bans are fucking stupid. What are the actual penalties for violating them?
