Jonathan Yaniv / Jessica Yaniv / @trustednerd / trustednerd.com / JY Knows It / JY British Columbia - Canada's Best Argument Against Transgender Self-Identification

I think the public/private divide he's referring to is similar to the one that's surfaced in the wedding cake decisions in the U.S.

If you set yourself up as a bakery open to the public, you can't tell gay customers you won't make wedding cakes for them because you bake only for straight weddings.

But if you bake, and don't advertise that to the public or have a storefront that invites the public in, you can choose to refuse requests because of your personal beliefs or preferences even if you've been paid in the past by people who learned you're a good baker and asked you to make their wedding cakes.

Disclaimer: My only cake law experience has been with the cake and not with the law.

Oh, that kind of makes sense, thank you! It's still a BS argument from Yaniv because these women literally aren't trained to do the work he's trying to hire them for (waxing balls) but I'm glad to understand what he's yammering on about.

oh my god stop

Has he had any other work experience aside from what has been posted in thread? Perhaps I've missed something. I do not consider any of his online consultancy to have been actual work. It was but merely avenue to grift the gullible.

Can someone explain what's going on in this tweet? It looks like it's written in code.

Jonathan was sharing his FB messages with his victim ("JT") when his mother interrupted to say she has to call 911 immediately as he is about to have a seizure or stroke. Elsie has to edit out the details to obey the publication ban.

If Yaniv abuses self id law, calling himself trans in order to gain access for reasons other than genderfeelz, can it not be proven to be a fraud? Does that make sense? He plays fast and loose with his names and his far from feminine performances. A precedent needs to be set to identify false self identity and charge with fraud. Does this make sense? What do i know.

JY is jonathan yaniv, JT is someone else. what each person said is written down next to their initials. and then yaniv's mom says the hearing needs to stop so she can call 911 because she divines that jon is gonna have a stroke (or a seizure).

canadian law would need to change a lot for that to happen. they send men convicted of rape to women's prisons because of self ID.

Oh this is great. It's like every new hearing is a new episode and Jonathon knows how to keep his audience's interest piqued! Which reminds me, does anyone have the dates for all of these hearings? Specifically when it is the series finale?

I am also wondering with way Cousineau will jump,as it appears she isn't just a transgender rights supporter
Koskie Glavin Gordon is pleased to announce that Devyn Cousineau will be joining the firm on April 15, 2015, as an associate specializing in human rights and administrative law. Her most recent work has focused on the rights of migrant workers, including temporary foreign workers and domestic workers.

But by their own code, it really sounds like she should’ve recused herself from this case since Yaniv was continually sending her emails about his suicide attempts and the “harassing” threats he was allegedly receiving.

Given that she could have had an out of this, an absolute SJW landmine case I wonder why she didn't. She only exits on the right side of history if she awards both sides the win.
