So Yaniv's using his mother to paper over lies he's told online. When talking to the waxers themselves, he let them know he had a penis and scrotum and filed complaints against them when they declined to wax that kind of genitalia.

If he does not have a penis and scrotum or also has a vagina (very unlikely he has both, I know), then he mislead those women to trick them into becoming the subjects of his complaints for which he sought monetary compensation. But he doesn't see that in getting Mommy to lie for him he's cutting his case to ribbons. And maybe Cousineau will choose not to see it either.

The sad thing is, even if they win, they lose. This joke of a governing body isn't going to compensate them for the time they lost, the money they spent or the emotional distress they suffered dealing with this creepy, racist man and his horror-show mother going after them. And even if they were given some paltry sum it wouldn't make up for the chance of losing which reinforces his scam- making potential defendants settle or face this farce.

This is why things like anti-slap laws have come into effect in many places, because the costs of litigating are otherwise too high, even if you win. But Canada has decided instead to make a special court just to fuck people over instead of protecting them.
