I'm not sure anyone actually has any doubts though.Would it be haram, now that the publication ban is lifted, for a farmer to contact the salon that provided said manzilian to eliminate any doubts as to Schrödinger's box?
If you're gonna w.e.en, at least do it in true to Chris style and try to seduce/ERP with him. Don't subject those poor aestheticians to reliving that horrible day.Would it be haram, now that the publication ban is lifted, for a farmer to contact the salon that provided said manzilian to eliminate any doubts as to Schrödinger's box?

I disagree respectfully...like most serial litigators, i think he gets off on being listened to. He proposes more and more absurd things because that’s all he can think up to waste the council’s time with. He just wants attention and he’s found a steady stream of it in a community council that is not allowed to tell him to shut up and sit down. It's postulated that JY is doing this for the money. I can't be certain what's going on in his head but I do want to point out an argument that it may not actually be the case. JY just has weird expectations of the world. Examples from talking with TOL council include building a traffic circle and lights on empty roads, having the township ban this website, giving each student a panic alarm incase of bullying. From my strata meetings he's suggesting equally crazy things like installing a multi thousand dollar camera system to see who broke a $30 aluminum gate, taking the plumber to court after a boiler broke, immediately replacing every single lightbulb in the building with LEDs to cut down on power bill. Like he has no sense at all, kind of a bumbling idiot character. I think it's well within his personality that he actually does expect these women to provide him waxing services.
The other thing I was thinking about is what kind of realistic damages could he get if the BCHRT does find in his favor. I'd think most people groom their genitals so they look good naked but no one is ever or was ever going to sleep with this fat fuck so there was actually no damage??
Right, he was giving advice to Dave "Danielle" Muscato on how to "take down TERF accounts" on Twitter: https://archive.li/Xmyie
Part of the problem is that Twitter has protections for gender identity but not for biological sex so misgendering counts as a violation but mocking Shepherd's reproductive abnormality does not.
I have a question. When you're asking for "costs" in these situations do they have to be actual real costs? I know the member said there is no limit on what can be requested but do they have to have some basis in reality? Like, a filthy immigrant who works at A&W would have lower costs associated with missing a day of work than a stunning tech expert making mid 3 figures per day. ?
Thing is, I don't suspect it would've gotten this far. Certainly not sixteen fuckin' complaints. When people who aren't racist control freaks hear "I don't know how to wax the genitals you have", they go "Oh, I don't want my balls ripped in twain, I guess I better find someone who can wax those".
Moreover, most sane fucking people would likely seek out a business that advertises itself as friendly to their group. There's an old barber near me, for example, that says outright he won't cut female hair, even if you want a masculine haircut. My instinct isn't to scream dyke rights, it's to go down the block to the place that says they'll cut anyones hair because money is money.
And yes "trans like to reeeeee" I get it, we've had the same repetitive conversation about 900 times in this thread, but if that were the case, I can assure you we'd see way more of these cases being heard. But we aren't. Courts aren't full of wax my balls cases, that's what makes Yaniv so fucking insane. Instead of doing what MOST PEOPLE do in a case like this, he's using a small group of people as a shield to exert power over vulnerable people.
I think you're applying logic to a setting like the BCHT where the rules have been written to satisfy other objectives.
To give an example from a different jurisdiction, there's an issue I'm aware of with the Irish Traveling community where various NGO's took it upon themselves to provide legal 'advice' and education to them, with unintended (some would say entirely predictable) consequences. Which resulted in some interesting cases, being taken to the equality commission and Tribuanal, that course was able to award substantial damages.
In the Irish Case, the upper limit of damages seemed to be calculated as the amount at which it would be worthwhile for the defendant to take a judicial review. (In Ireland you could appeal a case by simply taking the commission to court).
Allegations that these encounters were being provoked were usually not reported. However often papers would report facts such that that the Plaintiffs would usually wait the maximum amount of time before taking the case, and would also not notify the accused business in advance. Both things that made it harder for the business to defend themselves against the charges.
The clearest example I can find is this case.

Traveller wins discrimination case
A traveller who claimed she was asked to leave a branch of the maternity and childcare shop Mothercare by a male member of staff…www.irishtimes.com
The business was accused of having a male staff member ask a Traveler to Leave. The fact that the business didn't have a male staff member wasn't an acceptable defense.
Yaniv has obviously recieved some sort of education when it comes to the BCHT. He's delusional, but he's managed to get the complaint to the point where they are now. He's following a process, whether he's doing it for money, frustrated sexual gratification, or just to roleplay being a hero.

Oh great. More countries with batshit insane quasi-legal tribunals. I want to know how a person capable of making that kind of legal ruling can figure out the basics each morning, like "standing on two feet without stabbing your eye out with your toothbrush."The business was accused of having a male staff member ask a Traveler to Leave. The fact that the business didn't have a male staff member wasn't an acceptable defense.
