Sadly no, the Police actually can’t put him on the crank list and dial back the responses. Because with Yaniv on top of the malingering crazy and nonstop nuisance calls, it’s constant domestic disputes, actual illegal weapons removed from the house, and sending death threats to the neighbors. The police can’t put him on ignore because they know how this all eventually leads to somebody bleeding badly or worse. And god forbid they slow walk a response that one time...

Smart cats are also terrified of birds of prey. Screeching like an Eagle wouldn't be amiss. You can use a flashlight to create shadows on the ground looking like circling hawks. Cats HATE that and will seek cover.
