I risk being charged for filming inside the tribunals and another person who was there on the 17th of July did the same thing.

A big part of the reason Jonathan has been so successful so far is that anonymity and lack of exposure of the goings on inside the HRT's.
Unlike actual courts, HRT's are held in nondescript office buildings that 99.9% of the population don't even know exist.

The HRT staff were shitting themselves when the large crowd of people including the MSM showed up on the 26th of July.
so they might just rule against Jonathan and block further attempts by him to weaponize the BCHRT against future businesses to get the attention off them.

They refused to do interviews with the media as well.

They don't have a media person on staff. Pretty standard that they'd clam up, it would be inappropriate to comment on a case. That's good to know. This case lifted the rock and they are scurrying. I think the public response is a huge reason Devyn went to written statements. That and being so very, very typically bougie in her distaste and frustration for the real people her "progressive laws" were meant to help. Don't get any working class or mentally ill on you, my dear.

They said someone with press credentials could record, in the last round. Elsie thought about giving up her spot. How do you get press credentials? Rebel will send someone, but that's not good. This sunlight needs a window that normies won't reject. Rebel is poison for liberal normies.

National Post might be persuaded. Actually, Lindsay Shepherd is listed as a "free speech fellow" for the JCCF (representing three of the estheticians.) She has a communications degree and JCCF can likely get her press credentials. Recording tribunal proceedings would be tedious, but damn Lindsay Shepherd, what a gig. JCCF works on donations. I would donate to the "sunlight on human rights fund" if the result was proceedings publicized with intelligent commentary from lawyers.

There were several men in suits on the 26th who were not there on earlier days calling the shots the entire day.
I'm guessing they were people higher up the chain of command who were brought in when the line in the hallway started to form and the media were crawling all over the place.
Every time I asked who they were, they quickly scurried away and then panicked when I took their photo's.

The people's Party of Canada display with 3 candidates on the street outside was also drawing attention.

You are allowed to record on laptop and paper, No video and audio unless specifically given permission by the person running the tribunal.
Tribunals are recorded with mics built into the desks, not sure what the process is to get those or if they are censored.

They even have open Wi-fi available but tell you not to use it.

This was the first tribunals I've ever attended, I assumed it was going to be more locked down. No bags, etc.
Had I known I would have planted a voice recorder in the middle of the room which was a cluttered mess of wires and boxes.


If there's a next time, I'll be wired to the tits.

He's a perfect example to our new kids of why you don't interact with cows. You must not have seen any of Jonathan's social media posts and private text messages with underage girls then.

He's been trying to groom girls for YEARS.

This shit started in 2008 when he tried to organize an "National sex day" which was in the media nation wide.

He posts photo's of himself INSIDE washrooms with preteen girls in the background.

He literally weaseled his way into the social media manager position of a teenage girl singing group to gain access to their teenage and preteen fan base.

He actively sought out of the advice of girls on how to approach 12 YEAR OLDS to assist them with tampons.

That's just the short list.

Donald is a wacko to be sure (I've met in in person). but that doesn't change the fact that Jonathan Yaniv is a pedophile.

The same shirt as the day before. I thought for sure the Tweeters would call him out on it so I read through hundreds of replies but I couldn't find one. In my day and in my social circle, showing up in the same clothes as the day before meant that you got unexpectedly lucky the night before. I highly doubt that would be the case here.

One reply made me laugh more than others, although there were a lot of good ones. I'll share it here hoping some of you haven't yet had the pleasure.

I think we all agree JY is a pedophile and would act out if given the opportunity BUT maybe the general public hasn't seen all we've seen. Like it or leave it its true that transgender people are accused of being pedophiles whether they are or aren't. So if people go around screaming about pedophilic things JY has done without proof he did it normies are going to just assume every saying hes pedo is being transphobic.
