If I were a resident there, and I were in receipt of that photo/info, I would be so tempted to paper that image around the building (if you have a bulletin board for example), that a resident on second floor has a camera installed directed towards the main door, and that your privacy is in jeopardy. Perhaps even name the unit number associated with it... or fuck it, name him directly. That, and I'd report it to the strata as a violation requiring immediate attention. Totally. That is not his property (common property) to be pulling that bullshit with.

I think technically, IF he were filming from within his unit, he could get away with it (as a private citizen), unlike strata corporations who must be very careful about security cameras/privacy issues. Unless of course, his strata had a bylaw explicitly prohibiting filming of strata property.

This motherfucker. He can't deal with a reporter or two, but has the audacity to invade the privacy of innocent citizens/neighbours.

Given that we have proof of JY recording people having "relations" in front of the building, surely that is cause alone to not let this sick fuck point a camera at any COMMON areas? There's zero reason for a person in unit 203 to need a camera pointed at the ground. Seriously, people aren't going to scale your balcony, moron.

Their popularity, or lack of it, is really strange. It's sort of like Christian music acts that are hugely popular within their niche but unheard of outside of that demographic. Except they don't really have a niche except for young girls who find Katy Perry or Billie Eilish too edgy. I've never met anyone who listens to them but they seem to get steady appearances on morning talk shows and shit.
