They may have vetted Yaniv, and decided since they were in a place that is restricted from the age group Yaniv preys on it, it wasn't an issue and they don't risk getting hit with a HRT complaint. If they were smart they'd be sitting on all the racist screencaps JY posted and the taser arrest, the minute he becomes less than worth minimum wage, they bring him into an HR meeting and say "um yeah, we JUST now found out about you holding political views not inline with corperate policy we gotta let you go" I'm pro capitalism but, very often corporations in the united states who hire a job anyone can do like retail clerk or booze sampling create an employee docket, within the docket its every bad thing the employee has ever done going back years, so they can just fire anyone at anytime for anything and just find the most egregious thing within the docket and claim it just came to the light of HR the employee did such a thing regardless of it being months/years ago. Like others who have chimed in here, I worked gigs like that in the States as a student. They wanted to see gov-issued ID proving you were over the age for drinking, but other than that, they only cared about whether you showed up and didn't drink all the sampling bottles.

Of course to yaniv and his cult of the menses, periods are just a state of mind and absolute height of femininity. I wonder how long until he starts claiming he's actually more of a woman than biological ones cause he claims to have periods all month long.
