Jonathan Yaniv / Jessica Yaniv / @trustednerd / trustednerd.com / JY Knows It / JY British Columbia - Canada's Best Argument Against Transgender Self-Identification

Funny how he claims that they were coming on to him, and he quit because of the bullshit. He was fired. If someone accused you of being a pedophile wouldn't you do everything to prove you weren't if you had proof? Why didn't he show the strata manager these messages of the girls harassing him for sex? Because it never happened. The proof of his pedophilia and attraction to 13 yr old girls is overwhelming

Additionally, just imagine a sane person getting "sexually harassed" by two girls who want to "get with" him and responding by finding their social media from other people and messaging them instead of literally anything else.

It's scary that he lives in a world where he thinks this stuff is believable.

Thanks @WGkitty!

As I previously posted here, my understanding is that Yaniv works for an events company that helps brands out from big brew to small craft. I confirmed from my source at BCLC that he had been working in liquor stores sampling throughout Metro Vancouver; however, it was explained to me that the sampling is sponsored by an events company. Therefore, he doesn't work for the government, which makes total sense, especially given his reputation and highly probably disability payments. Still unsure if he collects, but so many people reported him, so he might be forced back to work.

This means that he can work in both Crown-operated or Privately-operated Beer and Liquor stores. I was told that he had been sampling Labatts brands a few weeks back when spotted Downtown Vancouver. He mentioned on twitter that his "liquor license" (aka his serving it right) allows him to serve anyone he wants.

Anyways, I was directed to look on Indeed for these jobs. Given the oligopoly on this type of work, I am suspecting on a high ad-hoc probability that he's working as a "Brand Ambassador - Liquor/Beer Sampling". This is contract/temporary work for assignments, which the average wage is $18-20 per hour. I suspect that EMBR EVENTS, is the company.

Check out the answer that I reported later in this thread, but I believe it's EMBR events as a Brand Ambassador.

Confirmed tonight that it is indeed EMBR, but it looks a little late for the disclosure. Well done!

They are one of a number of players in the 'Gig Economy' here in Greater Vancouver that do various alcohol and food testing/demo and market research/surveying subcontract jobs. To work for them all you need is basic presentability and a minimum level of customer service skill as well as a 'serving it right' food and drink safety certification which the average capuchin monkey can pass and acquire. LOL @ at JY calling it an 'alcohol certification'.

Looks like Mister 3 figures a day is reduced to piece-work in the Gig Economy. ;)

Of course, it also pays you as an 'independant contractor' meaning they don't collect taxes, so you get more money and it dosent effect the 'tard bux or Welfare that JY is surely scamming unless he reports it, but if he chooses to hide it from the govt. and they audit him, him he WILL take a buttfucking.

If he's collecting Govt. disability payments, how would a job affect those?

See above.

I don't understand the company that hired him, they must be desperate. He's so inarticulate, smells bad and has a bad personality. Imagine being a hiring manager seeing him and thinking that yes JY is the guy you want representing your brand.

Many of these companies hire sight unseen over the Internet and pay by e-mailed cash to account. The better ones will at least request a picture first along with a copy of the 'serving it right'. One thing Jonny boy can do is doctor a pic of himself.

I have to agree with the lying....Looking at his trustednerd FB page (he's still Jonathan), it's claimed he started messing with a Pentium 486 when he was 3 YO (1990?)....It didn't come out till '95 if I'm not mistaken, he would have been 8

Maybe searches should be done for truthful things he's said, as they seem to be in the minority?

You are mistaken. First of all there is no such thing as a 'Pentium 486' only the Intel 80486 and 80586 CPUs, renamed the Pentium just before launch. (Penta=5)

Also, I began selling computers in early 1994 and they had just come out with the second wave of Pentium CPU-based systems, the P-75 and P-100s. The first gen Pentium-based PCs were P-60 and P-66 MHz and they had come out a year before in 1993.

JY's still full of shit though.

I am not mistaken.....Jonny is...The 486 comes from JYs "about" on his FB page

With some of these gig/contract positions, turnover is high enough -- especially when people learn their pay is only CAD $18 (about USD $13.70 right now) -- that companies with enough open positions will simply take whatever warm bodies they get, moreso if it's the case that independent contractors in Canada are responsible for paying all the taxes on these earnings as their US counterparts would be.

I don't know how Canada handles welfare-style benefits, but I believe in the US there is a threshold that one can earn before benefits begin to be reduced or eliminated. I'd be willing to bet Revenue Canada matches up wages reported by employers to what's reported on individual tax returns just like what happens with the IRS and state treasuries in the US. In that case, one would have to hope the company was paying under the table and not reporting the wages in order to successfully leave said wages undeclared on a tax return.

Anyone think Jon's gotten this job just to say he's working/"contributing" to look good to the court over the taser charge?
The company that hired him probably saw this as a diversity hire and nothing else.
It's possible that Yaniv might be using the job as a way to score points with the court. How many times do defense attorneys, when requesting bail or ROR for their clients, state something to the effect of, "My client is an upstanding, responsible, contributing member of the community" (even if it's not always true)? Whether or not it works remains to be seen, as Yaniv would need to remain active with this gig throughout the court proceedings for a reasonable judge to not see through such an attempt as a sham.

If 'Farmers consider @ComeGetSome's angle, it's possible that the company figured it could use Yaniv as a token type of hire to show progressiveness and acceptance of the alphabet soup community. However, Yaniv has yet to come across as the personable, sociable type of individual one would need to convince people to sample the products being promoted. Presentation, behavior, and hygiene are all essential traits that Yaniv presents lacks in some form or another until they demonstrate otherwise.

If anything, Yaniv behaving badly while employed could make the company look bad and have their attempt at diversity/wokeness backfire if people discovered Yaniv was transgendered and began to associate any boorish on-the-job behavior by Yaniv in a way that negatively impacted the company's reputation.

To work for them all you need is basic presentability and a minimum level of customer service skill as well as a 'serving it right' food and drink safety certification which the average capuchin monkey can pass and acquire.
I have the feeling this food service course/certification is one that is little more than a video or other presentation that boils down to, "Don't be sick or unhygenic when serving food, and keep everything at the proper temperature" that gets presented for a nice little fee or markup for the companies "authorized" to present this.

In other words, that 'we' should be calling everyone we find out Yaniv is working for, including businesses that serve over-age people, and try to get him fired. That's the sort of autistic shit that violates rule one at the top of every page.
One hopes this side discussion wasn't someone's misguided attempt to encourage personal-army type behavior or wêenery. Let's remember that there are certain lolcows that have used similar tactics to successfully stymie Null's attempts to financially support both this site and himself. Anyone who might think stooping to a cow's level or pozloading my neghole are good ideas should keep this in mind.

It didn't come out till '95 if I'm not mistaken
Your words.

I was just being pedantic in your case, and showing off my big brain in regards to Jonnyboy's stupidity for the rest of it. :smug:

Don't mind me, It's the end of my 3rd 12-hour day in a row and i'm a bit (lot) drunk.

Forgive me as I'm not a computer nerd (philatelic nerd yeah)
From my research on the 486 came from wiki & other sources

Enjoy the hangover

Reactions: The Un-Clit
Pretty sure Cheri DiNovo is a big fat zero in Canadian politics.

She was an NDP MPP but is now a reverend at Trinity St. Paul. In her last running she refused to pay the $30k fee. She then had a couple strokes and dropped out entirely. She's hard-left and really, far too busy with her own existence to look up something like Yaniv. So it makes sense she'd post that kind of reaction.

Yaniv can apply for the pageant, like anyone else can, but I doubt they will let him in.

They don't seem to have any restrictions on who can apply. They select people to participate in the pageant, but they don't list the criteria they use to select those "finalists". Most of the "titles" that the ladies have seem to just be sponsorships from businesses (ex: Miss Teen Amora Massage Therapy). The tricky part for them will be finding a way to deny Jon without him suing them for discrimination due to transphobia.

I absolutely want him to be in a pageant. It will be hilarious to see him lumbering around the stage with actual women next to him. I only wish they had a swimsuit competition. Jon's physique in a bikini would peak trans millions instantly if that made the rounds on social media.

Only downside is those other contestants will have to share a dressing room with Jon. Poor things. But they might have some interesting stories to tell. If I lived in BC and knew Jon was really going to be in it -- I'd apply myself just so I could spy on him and try to befriend him to get him talking about himself. Then I'd post all the juicy gossip and photos of those cutlets in action.

So I guess when you are trans, you get your period every 2 weeks because I’m pretty sure he was claiming period cravings 2 weeks ago with pictures of cake.

Again, all this shit is bait. He is doing it on purpose to piss people off.

Well, this!

He must also be awfully aenemic by now what with all that constant bleeding. At serious risk of exsanguination, in fact.

Thanks, it looks like I got away with nothing more then a brutal headache which is mostly gone already.

Holy shit, the Pentium Overdrive! I forgot all about that abortion! Maybe that's what JY was talking about with his 'Pentium 486', as (for those who dont want to read the article) it was a modified Pentium CPU that could fit in a 486's CPU socket on a motherboard. It ran like a crippled slug, and cost as much or more then just upgrading to a newer Pentium based motherboard and CPU did.

It's still bad and inaccurate terminology to use however, and my opinion of JY's tech chops do not improve.

I've been into computers since the late 70s and have owned a large variety of PC and non-PC equipment. While it is true that Intel used the name Pentium for the processors after the 486, the other manufacturers engaged in an interesting marketing strategy that muddied the water that lead many users to use the term "Pentium 486".

The murkiness came about when AMD started marketing their Am5x86 processors. Although the models used Am5x86, they were effectively 486 processors with enhancements (Like L1 cache etc) that ran at a clock rate 4 times higher than the external clock speed. Am5x86 processor that worked internally at a frequency of 133mhz on a 33mhz system performed about the same as Pentium 60 and the 160mhz model on a 40 mhz system performed about the same as a Pentium 75. The marketing gurus at AMD realized they could probably capitalize on this so they branded the processors Am5x86-P60 and Am5x86-P75. Back in the day I know many users who referred to the processors as Pentium 486s because of this.

If Jessica had one of these systems then calling it a Pentium 486 could just come down to the AMD marketing strategy for its enhanced 486 processors.

Pretty sure they have a law firm on retainer.

He may send a nasty "lawyer-letter" from his subscription to that law-firm's service, but it will never move to litigation. No lawyer will take that on. It's a private company and they can refuse a contentant. Besides, if he is truly working now, and there are photos to prove it AND he sues someone. The defendant can sue for costs and have his measly wage garnished. That'll go over well.

I really doubt he'll ever end up on stage - even if he says he will. Nobody will have to share a dressing room because he'll be rejected at the application stage.

Jonathan got a stomach ache
Jonathan: Crap! I'm on a period

It's 18-20 an hour but also for 4 hour shifts that you have to drive all over town for. I imagine there are only really 3 days a week they work so if this is his only source of income he's probably still having financial problems. I am glad the lazy turd finally got a job instead of mooching off the system and suing people that actually work. He's going to fuck it up in glorious fashion though.
WGKitty, Thanks for all the excellent detective work you've done. I just wanted to ask if you happened to see my post on why I don't think he's eligible for welfare or other benefits: https://kiwifarms.net/threads/jonat...-british-columbia.49790/page-682#post-5185219

Assets and exemptions are here: https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/...l/eligibility/income-treatment-and-exemptions .

So if he is making up to $12,000/year he COULD still be eligible for the provincial disability allowance but few people with disabilities could work that much. Plus, it's almost impossible to get these designations for the last over 20 odd years.

I just think his assets are too high. (Edit: and his disabilities so fake.)

It's overwhelmingly likely that Mommy Miriam cosigned for JY's condo and in fact is driving his latest gig. It's unclear that he has driving privileges let alone his own vehicle, so she's probably spending a lot on Uber or being Mom's taxi. It's what keeps her going.

I rewatched Psycho the other day, and the last thing Norman says while in the Norma personality is "I wouldn't hurt a fly." Same as what JY said.

On the eve of the leaf elections, yaniv reflects on the important issues of its country. Tampon prices, troon rights, and of course those damn dirty migrants. So is this him accusing migrants of being lazy or is it like a "clever" jab that he put some out of business? What even is his problem with sikhs and muslims? I don't expect the most airtight of logic but he just seems perpetually butthurt at anyone brown.
