In the states a name change is a lengthy process, including fingerprints submitted to the FBI
WITH RESTRICTIONS on those convicted of a felony.
I really don't see how he can do this with all the pending court cases.
Didn't he just change jonny to jess in the past year or 2, & now again to change the last name?

They try to serve Yaniv with court documents.

  • Spends the first ~13 minutes trying to get various people (Amy Hamm, Lindsey Shepard, WGKitty, and a twitter user) banned from the hearing.
  • Claims that WGKitty is a puppet of the Justice Center.
  • Claims that the Justice Center put the stickers on the road signs.
  • Name drops a bunch of case law that would matter if Yaniv had been denied service for being transgender instead of for being a creep. (I won't bore you)
  • Tries to argue that public businesses are never allowed to deny service.

Here in Canada there is no restrictions on convicted criminals changing their name. What does happen, however, is the name change is entered into the Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC).

Any criminal records check for Jessica Simpson with JYs particulars would still show his convictions and previous names/aliases. Any fingerprint search would come up with his convictions as well.

I believe it would show something along the lines of "Jonathan Yaniv aka Jessica Yaniv aka Jessica Simpson DOB... etc. conviction Weapons-prohibited"

The main outcome of his name change, and I believe the entire point of his name change, is that he can legally use Jessica Simpson on employment applications. Most of the trivial and menial minimum wage work he applies for does not require a criminal records check -someone has to serve us French fries- so this would just keep an employer from using Google to find out what a loser he is...


Jessica Simspon is perfect because there is basically zero chance that Meowmix or Kiwi will come up no matter what we do to try and link Yaniv and Jessica Simpson.

With Yaniv, if it isn't about sex, it is about money. So you can bet this name change is about $$

If this is fully confirmed, perhaps it would make sense for @trannyfucker to add 'Jessica Simpson' and 'Surrey, Vancouver' to the title.

So I posted it on twitter but I'll also get the ball rolling with discussion here. JY is filing with work safe bc (worker compensation) that he is unable to work due to stress caused by Donald calling the liquor store he was slinging samples at.

Work safe is still "investigating" but clearly another girft.
