Restraining orders are not reciprocal in Canada. If the order holder shows up, the named party is required to leave. It's shitty and needs tobe changed, as there is a lot of abuse of it, including the accusor showing up at the restrainee's place of work, home, etc.

It always fills me with rage remembering that there are people in the world have to go without life saving diabetes medication while the Canadian public health system pays for his probably high doses of insulin from all the chocolate cake and cheap wine he scarfs down.

So yaniv has gone from having deafness problems to being "significantly hearing impaired".

Plus: I see he's making out that his IT business is being affected by Covid-19. Yet was claiming, last August, apart from earning 3 figures day that is, business was shite due to "haters" re BCHRT...otherwise why was he selling plonk, being a mystery shopper and such rot? PLUS he's just made a recent claim of not being able to sell booze due to Donald's threats. smh.

It's like reading a 10yo's English essay homework...English being their second language.

I like the way he talks about his "lawyer" mu lawyer has copies...my lawyer told me....If he had a goddamn lawyer he would be doing the paperwork.

I'm wondering...with a bunch of court dates comin up that this is the legal genius's plan.
Claim the court is biased against him because he's suing them...& they can't do anything to him until his case against them is finalized.

It's not out of the realm of possibility

Can yaniv's BCHRT original utterances/claims/lies be used against him in the Surrey Provincial Court? Can/will Devyn Cousineau's summary comments/reasoning be used to any extent? or will fatty be going into court with a clean slate?

and more importantly, has yaniv learned where his "vulva" is yet?

If the courts don't declare him a vexatious litigant after this I will have zero sympathy for their time being wasted again in the future. It's getting to the point where the courts are at risk of losing credibility if this type of behavior catches on and continues to go uncorrected. What a bunch of ivory tower pussies.

For dozens of reasons, trying to sue the city of Langley will potentially be the straw that broke the camel's back. He will likely be expediting being declared a vexatious litigant.

-Even at only 25k residents, they will have a legal budget and likely house council. So he will be up against real lawyers with time, money, and resources
-He may be hoping they'll settle out of court. However, the basis of his suit is something they will want to shut down hard. It is unwise to settle with someone that doesn't like the decor of their jail cell.
-The RCMP are not new to being sued by every anus who didn't like being in holding. They're not worried about losing a Micheline Star.
-Being worried about your diabetes isn't a Tort. He didn't suffer any adverse health from the experience.
-A guard not speaking loudly enough and not being accommodated is a BCHRT issue.

I could go on. I won't. It is late here.

yaniv claims he was arrested (taser related) on 8th August 2019 but after reading a few media articles (and archived KF links) to verify everyone but him claims his arrest took place on 5th August 2019...I went back to MeowMix and they're also querying his version - even citing WGkitty's post of the 8th -

The Law Society of BC directory says he's a 7-month call at an upper-middling criminal-law firm in downtown Vancouver (though the directory isn't always updated).

Question 1: The rule on prior inconsistent statements is quite complicated and I don't deal with criminal law. It only really matters at trial anyways. My guess is that the whole thing will be dismissed because the issue has been previously adjudicated (res judicata and issue estoppel) or BC Provincial Court lacks jurisdiction like with Kari Simpson. There are also issues with obstructing justice. I am unsure about the previous statements because BCHRT is an administrative tribunal, not a Court. This makes things weird. Should this go to trial in BCPC, JY is going to be demolished on cross-examination.
