Let the Cops investigate & then if he didn't like their decision he could file suit?
I think this is getting tossed on day one

This new claim is yet again filed in the small claims court, so should be seeking redress for debt or damages - if Yaniv can't show some evidence for actual damages suffered, I can't see this getting very far.

(Hurt fee-fees may or may not count as damages, depending on the circumstances and your local legal jurisdiction).

It looks like he's put a ton of gel in it. Perhaps he's still trying to style his hair like he's a(n out-of-date) dude rather than a True and Honest Woman, who wouldn't use gel unless she had textured hair and was experienced in styling her hair with it (including letting it dry and scrunching the curls after)?

My pet theory? He uses Foligain aka Minoxidil aka Rogain for hair loss. The cheap stuff has a bit of an oil base to it and can leave that greasy look he has if used incorrectly (ie applied to hair rather than scalp)

He is of the right age for the onset of Male (ahem) I mean "female" pattern baldness. Plus his general health doesn't promote hanging on to luscious locks. Or he may just think it will help his hair grow long and human-like.

Think back to the last time you saw an aging long hair dude with baldness setting in. Greasy hair, right? It's not hygiene , it is Minoxidil mixed with equal parts hope and denial.

I may be wrong on the last (frankly, I hope I am!) but pretty sure SOMEONE (Amy Hamm?) is going to have to stand up and declare fatass trooniv to be a pest and burden upon the court.
