I would have (and still will) bet my bottom dollar that there is at least a big dash of sociopath in the batter......The farmers who guessed borderline personality disorder in the JY mental health thread can pat themselves on the back for their outstanding psychological deductions. I was leaning towards a more milquetoast manic depression.
Am I the only one experiencing dejavu right now?Poor easily offended troglodyte who threatens to sue people vs rich easily offended troglodyte who threatens to sue people![]()
I'm still on the narcissism route, he ticks so many boxes. https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases...onality-disorder/symptoms-causes/syc-20366662 one interesting point being:I would have (and still will) bet my bottom dollar that there is at least a big dash of sociopath in the batter......
Whilst everyone here is 100% convinced on BPD I'm gonna just be dubious. Idk. I have quite a bit of experience with it through work, study etc and whilst he has some symptoms like explosive anger and threats of suicide, the rest is all self reported feelings, right? Possibly the fear of abandonment, but it's not like he has many relationships and friendships to even show that. His interactions with Sara were quite intense, but that whole fear of being left also can show it's face in other PDs, for different reasons. Narcissism has it, in having a fear of losing control and not being perceived as this amazing person like they want to be.
Compare the symptoms with his actual behaviour. Everything he does actively pushes people away from him. And he doesn't care. He likes it, he revels in making himself seem intimidating and a figure you shouldn't be messing with. There's also the issue of self harm and suicide. Yes, these are issues in BPD, but your classic BPD there is a lot of physically damaging self harm. When has Yaniv, in all his medical sperging, admissions etc, revealed much self inflicted damage. These actions aren't random in BPD either, they are triggered responses. It's not attention seeking, it's a way of attempting to either stop this feared abandonment from happening or to regulate emotions. Many sufferers are not very outward acting with their symptoms either, you probably wouldnt know they had the condition until something sets them off and they jump in front of a train.
Yaniv, to me, comes across as a mix between borderline features, narcissistic features and antisocial features. This is not uncommon at all when it comes to PDs, there is a lot of overlap. I'm not sure how his diagnosis was made, but I'm wary to think of his history of potential munching. With the right amount of preparation anyone can try to change their assessments, it's usually self report. His behaviour just doesn't flat out scream classic BPD, there's way too many overlapping features.
It's easy to go with the stereotype people with BPD are just crazy cunts who don't want to get better etc, but there are a lot of factors that make it very hard to even get treatment. In the UK, there are guidelines for medical professionals specifically stating how to deal with those looking for treatment. There are no recommended medications for it because the issues are not to do with hormones or anything, it's usually to do with child abuse- especially neglect. You can't fix that with medication, only long term therapy which has high drop out rates.
So yeah idk, I'd like to read the report myself if it is ever released. There's too much missing for me to think this is a cut and dry issue solved by one diagnosis.
Yes. Same idea. They prosecute on behalf of the "Crown" which really means government. Technically both provincial and federal governments are under oversight from the Monarch through the Governor General and Lieutenant Governors... but it's more of a technicality and political ritual these days as the Queen doesn't really have much, if any, actual governing power in Canada.is the Crown kinda like the District Attorney in the states, whereas his job would be to prosecute the offending party?
Nice little reach around at the end to finish each other off.Kari Simpson explains the documents she served on Jonathan Yaniv Sep 21.2020 & opinion re yaniv's weapons "sentencing".

From @WGkitty
Yaniv acts like a 33-year-old should by driving to Kari Simpson's place of work and blasting music.

this pyscho report is from the Crown's Physiologist? is the Crown kinda like the District Attorney in the states, whereas his job would be to prosecute the offending party? It reallly makes no sense why they are pandering to this lumbering tranny but I assume that's what happens when PC culture important
Inadequate and straight-up bad doctors exist. That’s why second opinions are a thing. This doc works for the Canadian government, so I’m dubious at best about his talents. While people second guess the BPD diagnosis, it is a bit like second guessing an oncologists diagnosis of skin cancer based on an internet photo and wikipedia
Exactly, and case in point the GD diagnosis. Any competent, honest, and non-ideologically driven professional - in a perfect world, at least - would have seen through whatever pathetic "I feel like a girl" BS Yaniv tried to feed them. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure he fits much of the diagnostic criteria for BPD, but mental illness diagnosis is not black and white. The same psychiatrist could see him a second time and amend his diagnosis, or another doctor could see him and slap a totally different diagnosis on him. Whatever was in that report made the judge go easier on Jon, and for that, I majorly doubt this particular doc.Inadequate and straight-up bad doctors exist. That’s why second opinions are a thing. The Dx can change depending on what he exhibits to each one....Play up the abuse with one.....the GD with anotherExactly, and case in point the GD diagnosis. Oh sure! Especially at the small claims level, but honestly just courts in general, are generally pretty flexible about stuff like this when there's a legitimately good reason why you screwed something up or missed a deadline. Nobody ever got in trouble for failing to file papers or appear for hearings on September 11, 2001, for example. Not so much on big cases where you've got a team of lawyers working on your case, but there are plenty of reasonable excuses for a pro se litigant to miss a deadline and courts will try to work with them (within reason and law). Stuff like "I was hit by a drunk driver and spent the whole week in traction, so I couldn't appear at the hearing" if you can show discharge papers, for example.Anyone ever had a reasonable excuse for lateness and it's been accepted?
Will that go against him ie the case get tossed completely?
