Jonathan Yaniv / Jessica Yaniv / @trustednerd / trustednerd.com / JY Knows It / JY British Columbia - Canada's Best Argument Against Transgender Self-Identification

Three stray points:

We have video of what happened when the FD came over because JY himself was filming with his GoPro.

Is that a doorbell camera? I thought the strata told him to fuck right off with filming his hallway.

And OF COURSE one of the people he's naming in his twatter is South Asian. EVERY DAMN TIME. :story:
From memory he has a remote door opener linked to the landline or something, LR mentioned it. I think it lets him open the street door and his apartment door.

Do you really think he's realized anything at this point?

I think I saw Dear Leader saying a week or so ago that True and Honest cows never take advice.

Any normal person would have changed their name and moved to the internet-free jungles of Papua New Guinea right around the time it was revealed to the world that their nuts are intolerably swampy, but no, this cow declared that hairless nuts are the civil rights issue of our time.

And here we are.

So if he called them it begs the question as to why he didn't answer the door... if it was because he was genuinely trapped in his bath how can he justify it as a "burglary" and if he wasn't in the bath why didn't he simply answer his door?

According to LR's tweet he was out of the building mouthing off at the police before they left the grounds. Pretty impressive for some who claims to be "disabled"<shrugs>

I have difficulty believing that he is taking androgen blockers for several reasons.

1) He would have to pay for them out of pocket.

2) I doubt he could resist posting pics of his prescription pills to the assorted make-believe girlfriends online. I'm sure he would have shown Sara these. He showed her the invoice from his Spermcicle storage.

3) He would surely have included mention of this medicine in his meandering grievance against the RCMP for his 2 hour hold. He mentioned Orange Juice several times.

4) They would have come up in the rather open-source medical tome that was submitted in the Physio suit.

5) There is no way he would take anything that got in the way if his fapping to the thought of bedding young girls.

5) He would use them as an excuse for any and all abhorrent behavior.

The only evidence I can see that he is on them are his brief and nonspecific claim. And that he's fat.

Arguments against his brief and nonspecific claim he was on them are as follows: he wanted to get into Sara's pants

Arguments against androgen blockers causing his weight gain are as follows: Diabetes, Quiznos, lack of self control, bad genetics, and finally, being a fetid pig.

So unless I'm missing some evidence, I think it is unlikely he is on androgen blockers.
That's a great analysis.

From what I read here https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/...limited-coverage-drugs-testosterone-cypionate ; it's quite possible that his meds (IF he is on them, which I also doubt) are at least partially covered by the BC Medical Plan/Pharmacare.

I shudder to think what all of these supposedly human rights code mandated special privileges are costing Canadian taxpayers. Would love to see those stats.

So if he called them it begs the question as to why he didn't answer the door...

Maybe in his fat filled brain he is having a spat with his RCMP waifus and was waiting for them to apologize through the door.

In reality I bet yaniv begged for some opioid-based pain killers and he has been popping them like skittles.

349 (1) Every person who, without lawful excuse, enters or is in a dwelling-house with intent to commit an indictable offence in it is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term of not more than 10 years or of an offence punishable on summary conviction.
Being a first responder to Yaniv's 911 seems lawful enough, but what do I know? After all, he's the one who's going to be an attorney, not me.

Police may enter a home under
statutory exceptions found in the Criminal Code. One exception authorizes an officer to enter an individual’s home without a warrant in “exigent circumstances” to prevent imminent bodily harm or death...

The Alberta Court of Appeal, in R v Tav, has commented on the definition of “exigent,” adopting the Ontario Court of Appeal’s definition in R v Rao, which is:

“Exigent indicates in dictionary usage, the ‘requiring of immediate action or aid; pressing, urgent’ or ‘a state of pressing need; a time of extreme necessity; a critical occasion or one that requires immediate action or necessity; an emergency, extremity.”
This exception may arise, for example, when there is a dropped 911 call that appears to have identified an individual in distress. If no one answers the door upon police arrival, the dropped 911 call may serve as sufficient grounds to believe there are “exigent circumstances” for the police to enter the home to ensure that no one is injured or in the process of being killed or in life threatening distress.

The damage is from the inside heading outside towards the hallway.
I'm not even a forensic analyst and even I can tell this.

This dude kicked out his own door, then said police kicked in the door.
