I'm late to the conversation but the paramedics/911 system has JY flagged as violent. Any time an ambulance comes RCMP show up first and escort the paramedics to see. JY. He probably called for an ambulance to force a paramedic to touch his "vagina" and rcmp were called for security. I forget when they started doing this but I think there must've been an incident.

That's what I don't get. You'd think the troonshield would be down because Yaniv is so public and so repulsive that by locking him up the troons and their allies could say "see bigots, troons don't have special privileges!" Any allies he's had in the movement like Rogaine Ogre/whatever his name is have long since disavowed him.

Who normally gets that treatment? Violent drunks and drug addicts?

I think it honestly more likely that no one in the RCMP monitored his Tweets that day and if it was reported by a member of the public, whoever triages these reports just didn't bother to send it up the latter for whatever reason, most likely not understanding the potential seriousness of a doxing of a cop.

They most likely don't have detectives or any cops who do more then rote enforcement monitoring social media, possibly even contracted some geek outside of the force.

Anyone a 911 dispatcher decides is scary depending on what they hear during the call.

I know a family where they got this flag because a man's elderly mother was developing dementia and in strong denial. When the man tried to call 911 to have his mother taken in after she was unable to rise from the couch after several hours, she screamed "no! no! no! no! no!" repeatedly in the background, and the 911 dispatcher gave them that flag and sent the cops first.

The woman then proceeded to brutally verbally abuse the cop from the couch for the next 45 mins before the ambulance finally arrived, and she then refused to go with the paramedics. Cop had the fucking patience of Job. According to this guy, the flag remains on his mother's phone number. (afaik she finally got hospitalized a couple months later.)

Speaking of, I don't think they do the transvaginal ultrasound unless they are looking for a mass or other issue that's causing bleeding on or north of the cervix. Since our boy doesn't have any bits that are prone to going cancerous, I don't think they'd do one.

The clip shows a TV ultrasound wand. He literally has none of the pelvic parts which could cause bleeding in a natal woman so a transvaginal ultrasound doesn't make sense as a diagnostic procedure for him.

I think he's just trying to up the drama quotient so he can keep using "medical complications" as an excuse for avoiding court and also for seeking medical care.

Nah, there are very few cancers for which specific screening tests exist and Yaniv is too young to be screened for those. Unless he was showing signs/symptoms of a specific type of cancer, there'd be no reason to be running diagnostic tests on Yaniv.

It is a persons/lawyer overall willingness and personal time that will need to be sacrificed in order to get this ball rolling, there will be a need of 'service' (I think) as well, like a solid concrete reason why the supreme court needs to take it seriously. Like if yaniv constantly goes to the doctor then immediately tries to sue them after for some BS reason, eventually after 6-7 times then fraser health (or whatever hospital) will hire someone to start the vexatious paperwork because yaniv is just wasting their legal budget.

Fecal behaviors (smearing mostly, sometimes eating) are kind of common in inpatient psych settings. prison or otherwise, often initiated by the patient to give the idea that they're more mentally unwell than they truly are (because only CRAZY PEOPLE would smear/eat shit, right???).

So I reckon @Patricia Highsmith is suggesting JY will progress to playing with his poop if incarcerated to make him seem mentally deficient, since he'd be in a women's prison and most women don't give a fuck about menstrual fluids/blood.

Yaniv wouldn't receive much in income assistance as the amount tops out at around $1200 a month I believe, the condo he lives in seems fairly modern and middle class, knowing the cost of housing in metro Vanouver, even in Langley it seems unlikely an individual on income assistance would have as nice of a condo as he does.

I think Yaniv's family might be fairly well off despite not deserving it at all.
