This drops right after the ari leaks where he insisted on getting a Brazilian because he had a medical appointment the next day. How do you follow that up with a pic of your poop smeared ass Crack being held open by medical personnel, photographing it and sending it to your "girlfriend"? I give up. It's inbreeding there's just no other possibilities at this point

I know accident cases can take a long time to work out when injuries are involved....kept open until one believes they are healed so a total amount can be calculated.
For them to calculate it they need all the medical records, which I'm guessing there's no way in hell he can provide them.

That said, I believe he did file a claim, he was told to fuck off.
If he was looking at a large (based on his injuries, not him) financial settlement, I'm sure he would have been bragging about it to Ari & others...

If he did the claim before May 1st, he is eligible for the exploitable fast-money-payout rules that ICBC did for years. Since he was actually hit from behind he is definitely milking everything for all it is worth, that's why he has cleaners and such cleaning his tampon cave. I haven't read anything about going to physiotherapy in the Ari leaks so it seems he either just took the cash payout or he lawyered up for more and got it since fender-benders are a open and shut case. I know there isn't any records, but I think it is under the medical umbrella so they will it will never be released what he actually scammed.

To answer this, there are sham doctors that will sign off on anything, and since Yaniv claimed every disability under the sun prior he was setup to receive a lot of compensation from the other persons insurance. As for waiting a year? It doesn't help because ICBC is looking to close the case ASAP, if you had a neck boo-boo prior ICBC would of just given you $2500 and made you sign something not to conflict it, if you went the lawyer route it would take years to get a final settlement, which would be less than what you needed. As mentioned before, after May 1st, ICBC doesn't pay out anymore, they will now take the doctors prognosis and just reimburse for the treatment.

My guess is before he accepted anything he got his sham doctors to sign off on all his 'disabilities' and ICBC agreed on a settlement.

We will never see it unless it is accidentally released ICBC is a branch of the provincial government and it isn't a criminal case so there is no real precedence to have it released.

I can't imagine any reputable place giving a Brozilian wax on newly operated flesh, let alone on a leaky bloody area. He did mention to Ari he got sugared by Foxy Box(?) 7th April, they wouldn't wax him.

For someone who seems to spend a lot of $$$ on "gender affirming" crap he doesn't look any better for it.

For those making comparisons to Bluespike, I want to point out that Chris Chan is a lot more innocent and harmless than JY. CWC at that point was disgusting and pathetic and lonely and creepy and weird, but mostly just extremely autistic. Generally ,when he's weird or creepy, it truly seems to stem from a place of having no idea how to function socially, like drawing sexual images of Megan. This is an adult man who is so cognitively challenged that people have convinced him of all kinds of things, from making him believe he was involved romantically with actress Vanessa Hudgins, to the extremely silly Liquid Chris nonsense, to the much later Idea Guys insanity. Chris still doesn't even have a strong grasp on English, and it's not that he speaks some regional dialect, he just can't cobble together coherent words half the time.

I mean, Chris is no saint, he's not a great guy even with his impairments. But you can at least look at a person like Chris Chan and see how sometimes he is just oblivious.

JY is deranged but he's mentally competent. He's aware of what's going on, aware enough of how society works. The way he carefully set up and manipulated minority women and used the law to intimidate them shows a much greater level of awareness of consequences and other people's emotions, an ability to plan, and just an understanding of how the world works, than Chris really is capable of. JY knows, for example, the age difference between him and Underage Megan is disturbing, which is why he lies to cover it up. CWC is funny and it's fine to watch him and laugh at him, but JY absolutely deserves whatever shit he gets for his predatory, racist, pedophilic behavior.

I think the one set of legitimate lawsuits Johnathan has is to sue the psychiatrists who rubber stamped the approval of his gender transition surgery and the doctors & hospital that performed this butchery.

Anyone with any shred of competency has been chased out of the profession by the troons for not rubber stamping them fast enough, or actually trying to help treat their mental conditions.

If troons like Johnathan start suing these remaining quacks it might help put an end to this massacre of our youth.
