I believe having a learning disability doesn't automatically make someone less intelligent but I maintain he doesn't come across as an intelligent bloke. He plagiarises a lot, uses words (often incorrectly) in an effort to make himself look intelligent etc.

Whatever his problem is, he has zero empathy for other people on a very basic level and this is evident from a wide variety of his thoughts and actions. And I don't mean just dicking people over, I mean not understanding how other people are likely to respond to his shit.

A few examples:

• The beauty pageants. I, KiwiFuzz, would not enter a beauty pageant because I understand what kind of woman they're looking for and I am not that kind of woman, either in terms of personality or looks. I have basic empathy for the judges and I don't want to put them in a position to score me at the bottom. Nobody wants that.
• Inappropriate "flirting." I understand that a potential romantic partner doesn't want to hear about my epic fart earlier.
• The infamous ball waxing. I don't think it really ever got into his mind that forcing women to touch his dick is unacceptable, like damn close to rape or forcing someone who is not a sex worker to perform sexual services.
• His sex fantasies. He doesn't seem to understand reality here. I mean obviously fantasies are by definition not reality, but carrying tampons in your bag in case a 12-year-old has her first period is making plans for a scenario that is never ever ever ever ever going to happen.

Real talk, if I was on the ferry and I got my period and I went into the head and Tranniv asked if a needed a tampon, I would run out of there and throw myself overboard like the horse in "The Ring."

There are particular things that women (at least women of my class, race, area, religious background, and ethnic origin) are indoctrinated in, and I would say first and foremost is that you have to think about the comfort of other people at all times. Which is why I don't imply to a potential romantic partner that I will be stinking up the place on the reg.

I don't know if I would say this is sociopathic by default, but it's certainly antisocial.

Everyone is entitled to their day in court, so to speak. He’s abused that right. Many in developed countries have the luxury of emergency services, he’s abused that also. He had the luxury of protection on social media, he has blown that as folks openly now openly misgender and ridicule him with very few repercussions, if any. He’s not intelligent enough to appreciate that all these could have been infinite…the courts are wising up, emergency services have curtailed his frivolous behaviour, and his threats on SM are a joke. His disabled/handicapped/trans scam is disintegrating.

The courts may very well still be entertaining him atm but where has it all got him? The fact that he has only "won" three cases (afaik, a sage episode & the physio bed, and even then he only got a tiny fraction of the amount(s) he demanded in both. I re-read the BCHRT posts here just yesterday. If nothing else it reminded me of just how stupid he really is. We may disagree re his intelligence but that's the great thing about a discussion forum, we all have our own opinion on things.
