JonTron Thread

Jon is absolutely correct, but no matter how rational he is, and how carefully he phrases things, people won't get the message he was trying to say, and they'll just flip the fuck out like he just saluted Hitler.
Which is why he should just keep speaking his mind however he wants. He knows he’s never going to convince those people who he is otherwise, so he might as well just keep expressing himself how he likes.

Or, more simply...

Yes exactly. I'm glad he hasn't backed down, a LOT of people are thinking what Jon is saying, but they're too afraid to speak up.

Good on Jon to be honest. It's not like his livelihood is in danger, guy's got like four million subs who don't care and just want to see some bearded dude make the funnies on YouTube. It's refreshing to see.

The angry tweets to Jon for this one are just plain lazy, I mean do people even still care about Yooka-Laylee? Even I forgot about it until the tweets about JonTron's removal brought it back up, mainly because A Hat in Time did significantly better than that.

This was a fantastic return to form. I love how meta the whole thing is, especially the beginning which shows Jon trying to craft the perfect sequel for Flex Tape.

Shout out to Phil, the Flex Tape guy, for being such a great sport. He fully embraced the meme and I respect the hell outta that.
