And even that has things like the Miller test. Baby rape does not fall under any sort of exemption. Not even under the immense shield of the 1st amendment is it protected. I intepreted "VTuber kids" as a specific base model type this person makes, as they make VTuber models using their own bases. The one that Jordan commisioned along with a few others was more kid-like than the "Fullbody Retro/90s" base model, which is why I assumed this. Even then this is glossed over. I mostly use this as a point to say he spends a fuck ton on these comissions.
