I dunno why people have sudden sympathy for the kid. He's a spoiled brat and watching his down fall has been entertaining to say the least. And I don't want to hear any autism excuses either; the kid has ignored all and any advice given to him in life. He does not care about anyone or anything that isn't him.

Watching his boss around that old creep Mr based is great.

He is the perfect American voter; just consumes without a thought in the world.

I've never seen people twitch their head like Josh does when he is drunk. He nods and slopes his whole body which is characteristic of being intoxicated, but then he does those small quick twitches very frequently.

Does anyone know the causation of it?

Today appears to be Mr. Based's PR run for showing the viewers that he's Josh's super best friend who has all his interests at heart, and not exploiting an autistic alcoholic.

To Based's credit, while he is getting the majority of the money, I think he is trying to help him a little bit. I think he's trying to get Josh to supplement weed with alcohol, which isn't really the worst idea frankly with Josh's addictive personality. I just see Josh getting crossfaded all the time if he does though.

Josh is by far the most extreme example alcoholism I have ever seen. Fueled by autism and meds, Josh has reach a level of degeneracy that usually takes decades to build too. I must remind people that he is only 22 and didn't start drinking til he turned 21.

The current live stream has some nuggets including Josh telling his grandma to shut after breaking down to her about his alcoholism . He also seem to admitted that he is not welcomed at his grandpa's house though that conclusion is a little circumstance .

Understatement. The situation is so cartoonishly outlandish. In this day and age where people can fuel self-destruction of retards to the point where each live-stream feels like a schizophrenic fever dream. It feels so un-real that people can easily distance themselves from the whole thing.

Seroquel when combined with alcohol can cause respiratory and cardiac depression, and potentially death. They’re both heavy sedatives, so mixing them, especially at the levels that he is, is probably really unhealthy
