That Mr Based guy is an IRL streamer too who's most recent antic includes tricking a woman into kissing him. Getting involved with degen IRL streamers is the last thing Josh needs and will probably get him arrested if this shit continues.


Unrelated to Mr Based, but you know what this saga reminds me of? That one spergy unpopular kid who'd try way too hard to be funny in school. The one people always laughed at but not with. Of course, he never knew that. I don' t like using the term "jestermaxxing" because it's dumb incel shit, but Josh's life is like the perfect cautionary tale against jestermaxxing. He's popular for all the wrong reasons but he lives this illusion that the people love him like a celebrity and it's driving him to drink himself to death. I'd rather be an outcast for the rest of my life before I'd ever consider being the disposable jester punching bag that Josh has become.

From personal observations I think it depends on the person. In my alchy days I used to drink at least 0.7L every day. Was an alcoholic, no doubt. Started drinking casually from around 16yo and the hardcore alcoholism phase was at 22-24. Despite not being able to fall asleep without at least 3-4 drinks I never experienced the shakes. Even when I stopped drinking completely it took me around a week to get over the no sleep phase and still no shakes.
Another guy I used to drink with was getting the shakes despite drinking less than me.

Some people die from alcohol and never get the shakes, others drink for a few years and get 'em.
Alcoholism has many faces and the shakes is only one of them.

Don't drink bros. And don't drink alone. And don't drink daily. Having a few drinks once in a while in good company is fine. Having a few drinks every night is not, and before you know it the alcohol starts consuming you.

This guy is fucked. I can hear his pancreas begging for mercy.

He quits mid-stream and walks off.



But... his last post on tiktok 10 hours ago shows him blitzed while travelling on the metro. He probably left to collect his marbles, and then got even more drunk.

Hoo boy, where do I start? The mother of all meltdowns just happened.

Josh started by pissing on the sidewalk and then falling over in the middle of the street while almost getting run over in the process:

Mid stream two punks (literally) show up and call out Mr Based for drugging and killing a girl; he was suspected of the crime but not charged. While this is going on Josh can barely stand up.



Then the NYPD showed up and helped carry him into the apartment because he was so fucked up. People are suspecting that Josh mixed benzos with alcohol.



Joshua passes out but Mr Based threw water in his face to wake him up. Josh finally came to and started raging



He left the apartment leading to... this



The NYPD confronted Mr Based, and while doing so smashed the glass ceiling of the restaurant below it.



Josh gets taken away



Being led by the cops



Apparently he was taken to hospital. No further updates as of -

Oh no wait, he's out and drinking again at 7:30am

Sad truth the hospital might be his new home for the rest of his life if he does not change.

As videos above Mr Based does not even have a ounce of human decency to care or treat him when he is black out drunk.

The cops had to finally do something and Mr based just let him leave the apartment again.

Another little snippet from last night. I guess it fits between clips 2 and 3 on the big post? This is probably why people think he was drugged. I'm sure alcohol can induce this kind of stuff though.
Josh sits on the stairs and vacantly scrolls through TikTok while occasionally screaming in rabid desperation and utter terror to "MAKE IT STOP!!!" Meanwhile, MrBased stops to give some lady his Instagram. "I feel like I'm not taking very good care of my 'friend'." No shit, fuckwad.

Jesus fucking Christ, I know from second hand experience that autism, big meltdown, and big cities don't mix well together. Can we even call Joshua Block a lolcow anymore? He's more like a festering pot attracting flies and rotten beings.

It hits a bit close to home here. Hope this nigga gets help, in any shape and form.

So it all could have ended for the night right then and there. But "Mr. Based" really wanted the content to flow of a drunk out of control Josh.

I feel like streamers should be fined for the full cost of all police time consumed when they pull shit like this. Otherwise this is all gravy to the live streamers who have no disincentive to stop this behavior.
