It's not so much that the judge didn't believe the three complainants, it's that they continued to correspond with Ghomeshi, so there was some doubt as to whether it was consensual or not.
There's a separate case coming up still. This one has video evidence, so they decided to split the complaints into the three that were harder to prove, and the upcoming one.

Update: julay is really mentally retarded if she thinks she and her goddess can't get in trouble for committing fraud if you stopped and cause he talked to his case worker... Wrong. You can get charged and convicted years after any offense.
