Autism is a given. And it's clear there's more than autism, but the jury's out as to what.

DID and gender dysphoria are conditions Phil would diagnose himself with for pity points, so I wouldn't choose them in a million years. Any symptoms correlating with those can easily be explained by autism.

BPD sounds somewhat accurate, given what we've seen about the stunts he pulls for asspats. It especially makes sense when one remembers his half-assed attempts at "self-harm" back when he stayed with Skarlett. Sociopathy is less likely, because sociopaths tend to be smart in their behavior. Phil is not smart, but he did physically assault his crippled mother.

He doesn't have HIV/AIDS or an STI, because then he would've had sex. If he had fibromyalgia (and even if he didn't), he would never shut up about it, and I've never seen him mention it. And he might not have diabetes now, but he will soon enough.

He did complain about fibro in his side or back during a tattoo sperging post, but most thought it was from him sleeping on the ground and hauling a backpack worth of crap.

HE did claim he had it around that time, for some reason it's fell off the SJW circuit so Phil hasn't claimed it since.

Incidentally I have read a few things including a interview with the guy who "discoverd" fibromyalgia who say's it might not even exist, or be massively over diagnosed leading to a lot of erroneous research.

Wow, and the judge let him have control of his funds with an IQ that low?
Chris has a driver's license.

You can get aids from sharing needles And sometimes trans folk inject hormones.

but Phil is not a tranny and he just makes up shit about being trans for asspats and being edgy

Well, Phil was on some sort of pill, so someone bought his story. Personally, I think Phil, like Chris, understands on some level that his life is pretty awful and he's looking for a way, any way, to make it better.

To look at this from a a non-overblown perspective I think Phil is, at worst, pre-diabetic. Mentally, I think he's just a major attention-whoring narcissist, is in the lower range of high-functioning autist, and has a pension towards violence to solve major issues because he can't be bothered to think complex thoughts.

Based on his appearance, history, and current antics, I voted for Diabetes (either real or potential), Autism (pretty much established), BPD (shows most of the symptoms), and Sociopathy (pretty much a textbook case). I'd also add mild/borderline mental retardation.

and has a pension towards violence to solve major issues because he can't be bothered to think complex thoughts.

That's the most worrying thing about Phil, when he thinks he can get away with it violence will always be a option that's open to him and one he will use with relish. Personally I think he uses it when he can't understand a uncomfortable situation that he can't just wish away or ignore till it goes away, that's one of the reasons I am worried about that knife of his, say he feel's backed into a corner for what ever reason nobody else is around just him and the source of stress I wouldn't put it past him to try and use it if he thinks he can get away with it.

With Phil you have to understand that he's intellectually and emotionally stunted so hasn't got a lot of higher reasoning skills available to him but he's is also a massive coward and very opportunistic the moment he thinks he can assert a little bit of power over some one he will grab onto it and do all he can to assert his momentary sense of feeling powerful.

You know the way Chris pushes his luck trespassing into a shop he's barred from, a little mild vandalism or shoplifting etc and each time he get's away with a misdeed he get's a bit more bold each time he does it? With Phil that's kind of true too he will do some minor act of bizarre "rebellion agenst the man" brag about it become emboldened by his asspats and do it again but a little more publicly next time. UNLIKE opl he isn't really bothered about real authority (he genuinely thinks he's above it) but what he is bothered about is what his asspatters think, the good thing is most of them don't like it when our attention is shined on them because they don't want to be associated with Phil in any real terms apart from clicking like and posting some drivel on his current status.

The best way to get Phil to not be a dick is to reduce the number of people who make him feel special so he can't brag about it, the only problem with that is he will try and do something big to get his remaining friends attention.

I voted all of them except "perfectly healthy", gender dysphoria, hep, and fibromyalgia.

Diabetes - It's possible that because of undiagnosed diabetes, Phil keeps craving food, hence, the "blocks of cheese" we all talk about.

HIV/Other STI - Not HIV, but likely something nasty in the nasties.

Hepatitis - A skin disease, maybe, but not hep. Yet.

Fibromyalgia - Doesn't have the symptoms, and only brought up once. Probably a lie.

Dissociative Identity Disorder - Probably faking it at first, but this third party reference to "Isabel" is troublesome as Phil's mind starts to go.

Autism - Given. What he was on the "spectrum", at least initially, is anyone's guess. It's implied based on his spergy past that it wasn't a severe case.

Gender Dysphoria - Phil's obsessive hatred of CIS people gives me the impression that he's not actually trans but just wishes he was. Combined with the whole "lesbian Latina" schtick, he probably does favor women, at least mostly.

Sociopathy - Yep.

Borderline Personality Disorder - Probably.

I'm going with autism and borderline personality disorder. Diabetes is probably forthcoming.

I've only see a couple pictures of Phil and I'm too terrified to look at the up close ones, but is MRSA out of the question? I've seen the pictures of him in Wicked Grounds feeling up all the toys and pray to God (God can't save me now) that the staff disinfect those things after he's touched them. MRSA can feature in the community sometimes, and not everyone discloses (most don't). And since he comes in contact with God know what...(and if he's diabetic, that ups his chances still)

He's too much of a sniveling coward to be a threat to anyone who isn't feeble like his disabled mother.

I do think he'll have some incident in his future, though it will probably be even more pathetic than Chris macing that guy, considering his flawless history so far of failing to be even as competent as Chris.

I think as you said it's going to be a Chris like situation that get's him in serious trouble, but he really wants to prove that he's this tough reable guy who takes shit from no one,

He will feel like he is out of options and do something drastic but if he some how get's away with it will make him bolder next time, the problem is Phil actively puts himself in harms way or causes problems in groups that wont put up with his shit for long before he get's his arse handed to him but if he thinks he can get away with it or the target of his rage is some one he feels is weaker than him he'll try it.

Autism obviously. As much as we kid and speculate about Diabetes, I think he'd be dead at this point if he had full on diabetes. Nevertheless though his shitty diet is helping him get their. At most, he's probably Pre-Diabetic right now. Doctor would probably tell him now is the time to lay off the Jarritos, Ice Cream, and Tres Leches cakes as he's nearing the last U-Turn before crossing the border into Diabetes-Land.

I'm surprised Scabies wasn't an option. Could've sworn some pics of his you could see scabie tunnels.
