Jenna's got a clear case of Traction Alopecia, which is hair loss caused by the hair being pulled. Commonly occurs with dreadlocks or pony tails that are too tight. Here's a protip for you ladies and dudes with long hair: Don't fucking tie your hair back so tight. If you don't want it to move, loosely tie it back and use hair gel or hair spray or something to lock it down. Or alternatively, keep pulling it back super tight and you wont have to worry about it for too long. You'll end up looking like sexy Gollum up there.

Found a good example from her instagram. Left is a woman with extreme Traction Alopecia, right is Jenna:

So she works in retail, can't handle the stress from dealing with customers, and thinks she's underappreciated as a shelf-stocker in the clothes section. This can only end poorly.

I also agree with KKKremebrulee that there is no good reason for her to be working (and there was not even before the coof) when Phil pays all the bills and she appears to have dirt cheap hobbies. The most likely reason is probably "because that's what Leanna did" which is a new level of autism beyond any of our imaginations.

Horsey aint getting a day shift. She's an evening stocker/cleaner that works 3-4 hour shifts three to four nights a week and chances are her work is just enough to keep her from being fired.
She's not of value enough to be put in a better position. <---for you Phil :)

Im actually kinda wondering why Phil even was mentioning it, it genuinely doesn't seem like the type of thing he would even care about but I suppose since it involves her microwaving his meals its a higher impact to him since normal thinking does not apply with Phil.

It's all to set up for the grift.
 
There are only three possible reasons I will accept as being why Khet works:

a) She doesn't want to be home all day every day.
b) Phil wants her to because he's that fucking autistic.
c) She is slowly building up enough money to escape the Snort Fort with.

That last one is obviously the least likely because her job doesn't net her much money so it's going to take forever, but I won't completely rule it out since there is only so much a dim bulb like her can do.

If it what's happening, she'll probably still get out before Phil starts playing Divinity though.
 
I think Khet works for her own spending money, so she can buy potato decorations for her "office" and overwatch loot boxes. Phil probably foots the bill for everything else, although things like the exercise bike saga show that Khet can whip the piggy into dropping cash when she really wants him to. As funny as it would be to discover that Phil was divorced by an equine lobotomy patient, I don't think it'll happen as long as Phil can maintain their (her) lifestyle. She's just looking for a free ride, and the bonus cash/excuse to leave the snort fort are nice to have on the side. Even so, Phil being stuck in a loveless marriage with a cheating grifter who can't cook is funny in and of itself.
