Keffals isn't that hard to figure out. Every gaming or nerdy circle from the 90s on had someone like Keffals, based on what we know about his background. They usually ended up in some degenerate circle online once the internet hit -- often furries or hentai -- and would stop socializing in real life. Before the internet, he'd be the prick at the local gaming store being an insulting dickhead to anyone who didn't live up to his tabletop standards (and everyone would complain about his hygiene). Troonism is just another new circle, and shit like discord allows him to filter his socialization through methods that hide his horrible hygiene problems and the like.
