I've come across another troon that reminds me of Lucas in more than a few ways. His whole gimmick was him smoking cigarettes and rambling on about nothing while also high on meth or other drugs, in a disgusting single-resident-occupancy (SRO) hotel. These rooms are the cheapest accommodations in East Vancouver (which is Canada's drug haven), drug addicts, people with mental health issues, and the downtrodden stay in these SRO hotels. The conditions are hellish, third world ghettos type of conditions.
