Chirs-Chan would have mentioned conditions in this interview if he had any. So, Autism Deferral didn't work and he just got released. I think Heilberg and the State went for it, it didn't work (likely because it requires you to admit guilt but then Chris-Chan doesn't get group home) and they gave up. By the time they gave up he was stuck in jail for so long trial would be pointless.

If I understand the legalese correctly the autism deferral works regardless of pleas and even evidence found.

Even if he didn't mention them, it's very likely that his conditions of release consisted of him showing a good behavior in whatever group home he stayed at before Caden bought the house and not interacting with people online, at least until they dropped the charges (which happened in late August and Chris sent a selfie to Florenza in a DM in early September).

this immediately makes me think that this interview is nothing more than a half-assed attempt to get himself inserted into the Chris-chan "lore" as a notable figure. like most things keffals does, he's presented it with the air of being a tongue-in-cheek little escapade while also trying to act as the savior of transkind, but underneath this thin performative layer there is a deafening, screaming desperation to be popular and also to be paid for being popular. as I've said before, Lucas' narcissism is the turgid, beating heart of his dog shit personality and literally everything he does is ultimately in service to it. unfortunately for him, unlike most narcissists, he's also fucking stupid

Okay this is probably true. This would explain why Chris went AWOL but then suddenly appeared online like nothing happened. Edit: There would have been a smoother transition back online if something wasn't artificially blocking-- that something being the deferral.

Yep and if I remember correctly there was some obfuscation going on between his release from jail and his official return online. A few times someone in Chris' friends list would get pinged about him being online (on PSN, Pokemon Go and Nintendo Switch online) and then soon after it would disappear, probably because Chris hid his online status.
 
God, I cannot stand Keffals. Wasn't able to make it even five minutes into the interview without closing the tab. It astounds me that this guy has an audience at all. His smug demeaner about everything he says is just so obnoxious. Its great to see that his plan of trying to lure Chris into saying anything bad about Kiwi Farms backfired. He is truly a blight on society.
