Careercow Keith Olbermann - A-logging commentator and writer with a massive hate-boner for Trump.

If not a lolcow, he's definitely an A-Log. I'm glad we waited to give him a thread, though; celebrities being stupid is nothing new, but Keith has only just now lost the last lingering threads of sanity and his metamorphosis is complete.

Man, though, seeing his name takes me back ... I remember those heady days after the '04 election, when Bush Derangement Syndrome swung into high gear. That was around the time Dan Rather went down, too. Who'da thought Keith would still be sperging 13+ years later?

Democrats really need to learn to fill out the entire ballot not just the president/federal part. Showing up for midterms and special elections helps too. Fortunately it's just so much easier to bitch on Twitter and retweet woke celebrity's than going out and voting is.

All they needed to do was promise socialised healthcare and military non-intervention and economic protectionism, like the Democratic Party is fucking supposed to. Instead they said Obamacare is good enough, let's bomb syria and fuck you NAFTA is just how things are now before spending all of their remaining attention on talking about Russia, pee-tapes and fucking cartoon frogs.

Trump won because he was a better Democrat than Hillary.

Got to get those Never Trump GOP suburbanites to cross over. #FuckNOVA

As much as I dislike the guy I watched the 30 for 30 on the T206 Honus Wagner card in which he appeared and he gave great information. I assume they had to cut out 2-3 hours of him smugly ranting like a madman to get the few minutes they actually used.

Watching Keith Olbermann talk about baseball is like watching your severely dementia-ridden grandpa's eyes light up when he hears a swing song on the radio.

Wow, I'm surprised he didn't have a (good) thread already. I guess it just speaks to his irrelevance more than anything else. He's never been nearly as important as he thinks he is, but he used to be a somewhat prominent figure on the left. At least when he said something ridiculous back then he would get called out on it by public figures. Now he can't even get produce outrage because no one is listening anymore.

Ill say it again, hes the Tom Green of news casters.

I admit I watched this guy during the Bush years. His shtick was indulgent and there was plenty of legitimate things to scream at during those years. As long as you went in knowing that his show wasn't the main course of news consumption, it was dessert.

Now we're at a time when the economy isn't in free-fall, we aren't getting tossed into two wars, and Trump isn't competent enough to pull off anything resembling a conspiracy let alone pass a single bill to strip away our rights. For fuck's sake Bush was considered a gigantic retard at the time, but at least he could get away with half of his nefarious GOP agenda. Now the current white house is just a gigantic comedy of errors that it will be a miracle if they manage to do accomplish anything. Yet Olbermann and crew are getting twice as hysterical when they know darn well what happened the last time we had a "Fascist in Chief". Nothing. The neoconservative movement rolled over and died with a whimper just like the communist machine

They still don't get that treating Donald Trump fairly, and not showing him attention would have been the best way to avoid him.
Lol this was a joke.

They know precisely what they are doing, what we saw with Ron Paul shows that. Ever saw the movie "2012"? That part where Cusack is screaming about the governor being a professional actor?

It applies perfectly to the current mass media. They fed Trump his victory, and the Trumps have never stopped being friends with the Clintons and their ilk. What you saw was the greatest show ever on Earth.

All they needed to do was promise socialised healthcare and military non-intervention and economic protectionism, like the Democratic Party is fucking supposed to. Instead they said Obamacare is good enough, let's bomb syria and fuck you NAFTA is just how things are now before spending all of their remaining attention on talking about Russia, pee-tapes and fucking cartoon frogs.

...lols. Military Interventionism has been D.C.'s crack habit for over a century, economic protectionism died in order to starve the white laboring classes of spare capital, and the Democrats progwash themselves against legit accusations of corporatism, which is all Niggercare really did, enrich corps, with pandering to danger hairs and BLM/Antifa.

The real kink in their system is that the other side of that, the GOP Biblethumping against criticism, has completely broken down because Jon Stewart and the comedians were too keen and too good at shitting all over meth smoking ass pirate megachurch ministers, and the American right doesn't even care anymore beyond voting for those who are most willing to inflict pain on the political adversaries. Trump is a gamble because of that. Also because he is hitting Alzheimer's and possibly going senile. Pay attention to Congress though. Gonna be fun.

They saw how much money Ron Paul was getting, and his unwillingness to go along with the party at every turn. Trump is more useful because he has no principles, making him easy to control, even if they are pretend offended by him.

Here's what I like to call the Trump Warning Shot, fired by Ron Paul. This was a sign of things to come. This is why Ron Paul had more support among small donors than all Republicans combined. Too bad only a few of his supporters happened to be rich.

"Fox news is worse than Al Qaeda — worse for our society. It's as dangerous as the Ku Klux Klan ever was." - Queef Obabymann

That's just plain stupid. There was a time when the Klan was so powerful that you literally did not get elected as a Democrat (i.e. in the entire South) unless you had the Klan's nod of approval. As in, you had to go through them to get into office, period. It was not exactly powerless in the North, either. There was a time the Klan was among the most influential political actors outside the parties themselves.

FoxNews, as shit as it is, has nowhere near that level of influence.

This video is so ramblomatic and insane it doesn't even make sense. I follow the news pretty well and I can't even figure out how he's establishing his point. It probably makes sense to him, but I think what's happening is that he is 100% certain of something because of a series of half-truths he believes as decisive evidence which themselves are built on half-truths he takes as decisive evidence. It's fucking nuts.
