Dramacow Kevin Allred - Professor of Beyoncé Studies (no, seriously), arrested for threats to kill Trump voters.

Yes Kevin, the reason you're banned from your workplace is that you wanted to burn the american flag. It isn't that you openly threatened to murder people who voted differently than you, in your adjunct position as a professor and influencer to young people - and when confronted about it came out with a torrent of "sorry not sorry", "brave", "brutal honesty" and "fuck y'all imma do what I wants bitchz"!

I can't imagine why the institution and other teachers don't want to be associated with you, especially when you're constantly downplaying what happened, putting on a top hat victim while vilifying everyone else, being under investigation from the FBI and probably just being a huge fucking bore to be around, with your holier-than-thou beyoncé-driven social justice bullshit.

It's not hard to figure out why they will step a million miles away from such a pitiful adjunct who thinks he's got a chance at a full tenure someday - it's like hiring for good a temporary who just stole from you on the first week, in front of the camera, refused to admit it and put the blame on everyone else, including the president of the United States of America, without a drop of self-awareness in his body. If the school doesn't want you around for the next 6 months, I'm pretty sure they don't want you around for good - and if they do get around to taking you in again, you can be sure none of your colleagues will ever forget who you really are after this. The Internet sure won't and this thread isn't going anywhere.

So in that last tweet he is basically admitting he threatened someone, it's just a group he deems as subhuman and thus shouldn't count.

Yeah, that won't fly Kevs.

Imagine if this assclown said sure I threatened people but they were only niggers who voted for Obama, so it's legal.

This. Absolutely this. Also most employers have a clause in their contracts of employment saying you mustn't bring them, the employer, into disrepute. This is usually the road taken when people are fired for trashing their boss on Facebook.

I think frankly Rutgers is brought into disrepute by Kev's very existence though. Beyoncé Studies, whatever next.

Unlike that other kill whitey guy at Drexler, though, this guy is not even tenure track, much less tenured. They can drop him like a hot potato, which they are apparently doing. They probably would have anyway but he has pretty much guaranteed it acting like a punk bitch on Twitter when he should have been apologizing and retracting fucking everything.

Normally I don't agree with the current culture of falling on your sword on Twitter every time some moonbat gets upset at you. Public apologies are always so disingenuous and honestly people shouldn't have to worry about their job security whenever they unwittingly hurt some online stranger's feelings.

But this guy has made it clear he's deliberately trying to make students feel uncomfortable and unsafe in his presence. And by "unsafe" I mean "this guy is actually saying it's okay for people to run me off the road because I disagree with him." At that point you're no longer a controversial professor, you're an unfit one.

I have numerous times in this thread pointed out how not sorry he is and I think I may have expressed myself badly while at it. I don't think people need to apologize for what they think or do, most of the time, especially if all they did was say something that could be construed as wrong-think and didn't hurt anyone directly or even indirectly and it was just some out of place, uncalled for, bad-taste rhetoric. It's OK: people fuck up and some of the wrong-think is better said than left unsaid so I applaud it sometimes just as well.

What I wanted to express about Kevin is that he is fucking basking in all the negative attention he's been getting on the press, from the FBI and his colleagues. This is the exact opposite of being apologetic or even understanding of what he did - he just wears his fuck-up proudly and uses it as virtue signaling of how he is strong, independent and very super beyoncé. If I were looking at him as a school director I'd be see a guy that is making a huge fuzz out of a relatively minor thing, burying himself in deep shit over what could have been nothing if he had half a brain to just act cool about it and let it go. I'd be seeing a guy that down the road gropes a teen student or hits someone on the face and reacts in the exact same way: as if he was the second coming of Christ and nothing he does could ever be wrong. Except by then my entire school would be in the news, not just him.

So yeah mad props to Kevin if he thinks murdering Trump voters is enough of a moral position to throw away his entire would-be academical career into the garbage over, even if he'd never do such a thing in real life. If he just had the ability to be a bigger man and live to fight over better things later on in his career, like some actual true social justice issue like police brutality... but that's just not who he is, he is a huge lolcow who has to win every single time no matter how wrong he is or isn't and if he is fighting his own colleagues over it and threatening to take them down along with him. In a sense, it's great that all the social impact he'll ever be able to amount to will be that which involves flipping burgers at a McDonalds.

LOLSUIT!!!!!!!!!!

It's some kind of new Ebonics slang for social awareness.

Also conspiratards tend to say it as well. "Vaccines give you autism and Big Pharma covered it up for profits! #staywoke"

It's not really social awareness so much as conspiratarded credulosity.

Unapologetic statement performances? Kev, she's just doing it for money and attention. Contrary to your godawful book chapter, she's not at all like Sojourner Truth because the latter had interesting and worthwhile points to make. Beyoncé just wants to virtue signal because spergs like you will buy her albums because it makes you look like you think black lives matter.

Anyhow. Fresh content:

Okaaaaaaay. Watching it on Tidal doesn't give Coachella money if you object to them. How do you think Tidal got the rights to stream it, hm? By paying out money which in turn they received from advertisers and subscribers like your good self, Kevin. So indirectly you're funding them anyhow. Whoops.

Also, I like how he giggles at Trump for not having big ticket celebrity performers. For fuck's sake, Trump IS the celebrity performer. That's one of the reasons why he won, because he's far better at playing the media than almost anyone else. I can see masses of people turning up to support him with their MAGA hats and suchlike and masses more turning up to protest, boo, and literally shake.
