I'm going to join the people on the illustration being wishful thinking--you can't shift things around that much, it's why the amholes end up where they do.

The thing with the 'clit' and prostate is, however, hilarious because most evidence points to the G-spot being the part of the clit--the 'clit' in the illustration is basically based off of some antique ideas from before we realized just how huge it is. The 'clit' also has a reputation for...ah...falling the fuck off, being as it's actually more of a stuck-on 'button.' It's pretty much the misogynistic idea of a clit, even in this 'wishful thinking' diagram. (For those who want to compare the real thing to the fake troon 'clit': 2019 paper on clit anatomy, with color pictures of a crotch being dissected. The peritoneal pull through sounds like it's just begging for a ruptured peritoneum. 'Self-lubricating' is probably not worth having the tissues responsible for lining your abdomen probably getting a hole. As for 'very good SRS result,' I think we're definitely talking relative scale here--and I suspect the examples you see in professional porn are paying the big bux and were ideal candidates in the first place.
