I think that's a ring that goes around the scrotum, then has a smaller ring inside itself that is holding the penis inside the body so that just a little of the glans shows (through the smaller ring).

Just looking at that thing's making my thighs twitch in sympathy pain, like when you watch a video of somebody getting their teeth knocked out or getting kicked in the nuts. But whatever keeps dudes with micropenises making an honest living, rather than living on some /incel board stockpiling weapons, good for them I guess.

The weird thing is that it seems to be for guys with normal penises, just leveraging the squishy nature of the human junk to get it stuck in there. The second link I posted goes into detail about that:

This is a late reply because I’m only recently getting caught up with this thread, but so much of the troon mindset makes sense when you consider they are ex-incels. I knew someone who was once a nice guy, and then went down the incel path before trooning out, and it all makes sense when you watch it happen in real time. this dude was a nice guy, but he was overweight, socially awkward and had poor self esteem. he got rejected a few times, and instead of say, losing weight and getting a better haircut and fashion sense, he just blamed the world for his problems. when he randomly came out as trans (I think he was groomed online because it was so random and out of nowhere) he suddenly had loads of online orbiters to tell him how brave he is. he’s still not getting laid, he’s still fat, and still dresses like shit, but at least discord will hugbox him.
Kevin is the same way, dudes that probably could have done better if they actually focused on self improvement instead of taking the easy way out and finding hugboxers online. troops and incels, it’s the same shit with a different coat of paint (one group doesn’t cut off their own penises so I guess the incels are a better option)
