So yeah, Kaiser is probably eager to have a surgical resident shove funbags in Kevvy's moobular area, but it's gonna be harder to convince that insurance needs to cover 5+ procedures done by a skilled in-demand surgeon.

The medical system in the US is so dependent on where you live and your individual doctor or provider - unless, again, you're working somewhere where your job is to funnel folks to more services to make more money for the machine. I'm not even tin-foiling here - like @KiwiFuzz said, Kaiser for all their faults are referral-happy and will keep you intertwined in the system as long as possible.

The pelvic floor muscles of men and women differ in both the length of certain muscle fiber bundles, and attachment points to the pelvis bone itself. The female muscles, understandably, have evolved to join and seperate naturally in a way that houses the reproductive track and allow the vaginal canal ample space, whilst still providing adequate support to the musculature system involved in bipedal locomotion. The male system, on the other hand, is much simpler. To make space for the amhole, these muscles are cut and forcibly seperated right down the middle in order to house the "vaginal" tube. This causes significant weakness in the now cut and divided muscle fibers. A good analogy is to imagin how difficult it would be to do bicep curls with your bicep muscles surgically split to allow a hollow space.
If Kevin was someone less lazy and Kevinish, he could have been doing tranny physical therapy to minimize scarring and improve range of movement. As is, if he tried to do yoga, especially a warrior pose like warrior 2, he could actually tear the amhole.
I would also bet there is a huge amount of scar tissue from it being allowed to close after being stretched intermittently. At this point probably a CWC Slice job would be about as effective as a revision.
