The bacon is unevenly cooked, you can see whole chunks of non-rendered fat on almost every piece on the right plate. It looks like it was cut before cooking so it could be fried in a smaller pan, but that doesn't do anything if you can't be bothered to keep an eye on it and prevent it from curling.
The pancakes, aside from being burned, are made from batter that is way too thick for the pans and heating source they're using. He also probably tried to do this as quickly as possible and put multiple cakes in the pan at once, which causes the uneven burning because you have 1/3 of the pancake on the hottest part of the pan and the rest on the coolest.
The eggs themselves look fine, but the peppers look undercooked.
Quick tip; line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and bake your bacon in the oven at 425° for about 18 minutes (more or less depending on how thick the cut of bacon is) .
