I'd be willing to bet the only animals he's watering and feeding are the pets. I don't see him out in the field wrangling alpacas, or checking in on the ducks and chickens. I think that autogynephiles are more likely to be sexually abusive than men without fetishes, but as of right now, there's no evidence that Kevin has harmed or attempted to harm a child.
Most are too caught up in "becoming their true selves" (re: focusing entirely on their desires and not understanding there's a culture to women) or too socially inept to grasp it. It's a shame, I'd be much more tolerant if they realized they're walking into a space and have to humble themselves to belong.
I think the worst thing is that Kevin probably isn't taking advantaged of any other part of therapy other than meds and procedures. He hasn't talked about discussing things with his therapist, hasn't shared with us strategies his therapist told him were a good idea to implement, hasn't spoken about realizations or anything, all things he'd sperg about because twitter is his no filter zone and like to think he can give advice to queers entering queerdom for the first time as an elder transwoman as he says. He wants his things he knows are good for him without actually doing the therapy part, and he wants them NOW NOW NOW!!!

People are reluctant to follow your "trust science." Argument, because science is constantly being hijacked, altered, or manipulated just so snowflakes like you won't have their feelings hurt. Science USED to say there are ONLY two possibilities when it came to gender, and you're born as one or the other and it can't be changed until that was deemed "hate speech."
