So I've been trying to figure out wtf is going on with Kev's straw of a vagina and I think figured it out. The reason why you're supposed to dilate is because you're trying make sure the wound heals in a way in which scar tissue doesn't build up and cause the hole to be smaller. You're still thinking too logically. I believe that Wedge wants two things- to receive as much money as possible for spreading pictures of his clown dick on the Internet, and to achieve absolute ideological purity (i.e. to expel everyone from the Clownlyfans that doesn't agree with him on every topic ever). The tweet is definitely genuine, and has a definite purpose (to bash the fash), but I agree with you that Wedge is definitely too lazy/greedy to go through all three of his fans one by one and weed out everyone to the right of Stalin.
