Kevin posted some of his Twitter block stats back in 2020 which showed that 1,152 accounts had blocked him, so that's a starting point. Also, this thread has about 6million views, so odds are Kevin has created his fair share of twansphobes and TERFs. Probably just as many as the number of "eggs" he's groomed.
