Possibly. He talks somewhere about being in jail so he may have taken care of whatever sentencing he had cause I doubt he had money for bail. If he dipped out on any fines/court hearings he will definitely have a warrant.

TBH when I read he was in Atascadero, I immediately assumed it was because he had been put in the hospital for the criminally insane. Atascadero is famous for housing the craziest of criminals in CA and I couldn't think of a more fitting place for this dude.
