The Enjenir by Peatyturf
Gets an easy None
It's a humorous physics puzzle/engineering game with some platformer elements. It's set in a vague northern/northwestern european setting and everyone looks like they're from the time period and area. There's basically no story and it's mainly about deliberately janky building and platforming.
Fun if you're the type who likes games like Bridge Constructor.
EDIT:
I'd also like to update Warframe a bit: it does have pride month-related stuff available exclusively during June, but they're just color palettes for customization or user avatars. The only egregious thing here was "replacing" the palette based on the original pride flag with the dindu troon flag (players who bought the original palette got to keep it), and a user avatar with that flag.
Probably should also add -and I can't believe you forgot this- that in the Whispers in the Walls expansion, they all but flat-out directly state that Albrecht Entrati and Loid (his butler and assistant) were in a romantic relationship. In addition, Dagath's backstory involves polyamory (that, surprise, doesn't end well) and Varzia (a vendor) is bisexual in that she lusts after both Maroo (a female vendor who runs the trade shop) and Teshin (one of the major NPCs and a male); neither of which even mention Varzia at all or reciprocate any of her feelings towards them.
In the grand scheme of things though, none of it is really in your face (except arguably the Albrecht/Loid relationship after the quest) and are things I would still consider "Mild" compared to other egregious offenses of tokenism.
Unpacking is mild to heavy depending on your tolerance. It's not too in your face about it, in my humble opinion.
It's a very cozy and simple puzzle game that mostly tells its minimal "plot" through environmental storytelling. All of the characters are unnamed and (mostly) faceless, but throughout the story it's revealed that
the protagonist is a bisexual woman who at one point moves in with a boyfriend but ultimately moves in with an ambiguously brown woman and has/adopts a baby (it's a bit unclear). Early on, there's some wall art that you can unpack that uses the same color palette as the bisexual pride flag, but other than that the only other indicator is that the final levels have you unpacking only women's clothes/accessories/hygiene products.

Undertale and deltarune should definitely be on the medium category
People forget that mad mew mew exists and that unlike the first game, kris is an established character that is separate from you and toby fox informed someone streaming the game about kris gender toby fox is a blm supporter btw and he was pozzed from the beginning:

It's luckily not as bad as some of the other examples here. I'm just glad that they included more tampons being unpacked in the final levels to confirm that the girlfriend/wife is actually a woman and not a troon.

Player's gender replaced with Style. NPC Villagers send Valentine's gifts to the player regardless of their own gender, in previous games it was always the opposite.
Warframe should be bumped up a notch to medium.
Years back, when the whole "trap is a insult to trans people" debate was going on in weeb circles Digital Extremes automaticly banned everyone who wrote in chat that "Nezha is a trap", you couldn't even link the chracter and another item, that had the word trap in it, together in one message without getting banned.

I refuse to play anymore; is it true that also involves Albrecht literally abandoning his grieving family, and his gay writing actually being able to have some effect on the cosmic horror-esque Man in the Wall?
Here's another to keep the trend of good and small indie games going, with, A Legionary's Life by Alessandro Roberti.
And it also scores a None.
Neat little RPG about starting as a basic legionary during the Punic Wars. You can climb the ranks and become a god of war, or get your head split open by a Carthaginian mercenary in your first battle. Can be frustratingly luck based but runs are so short that it's not crippling.
As for the wokeshit, there is none. Your legion is composed of men, the game even makes a point that Roman ideas of Virtue may differ from modern day ones. You can be a total bastard and it's not only a valid option, it has unique content (as does being a good guy, to be fair). It's concetioustuous of historical accuracy and that's a big boon.
heres a few games id like to nominate that i have good enough experience with to know how pozzed they are
BTD6 - has a purchasable pride flag skin for the monkey village that is visible if a player has it in multiplayer and it has a naming system that allows for words like gay and trans but not faggot and nigger, there is also a map creator with multiple public maps with names like trans rights meanwhile a map representing auswitchz was removed. there is also a rainbow emote purchasable in the shop added alongside the pride flag but its a real rainbow and not some gay flag so i think its fine.
"Celebrate diversity and choice with this more awesomer Pride flag for your Monkey Villages. Shows for all upgrades"
id put btd6 at medium maybe mild depending on your tolerance, its entirely avoidable but if you choose to play multiplayer its technically not avoidable.
Terraria - with the direction the game is heading and the attitudes of some of the devs this may change at some point (hopefully not) but terraria is such an expansive game that even if there is a gay flag somewhere then it would be pretty hard to find and easy to ignore, someone earlier in the thread said something about the furry npc being revealed to be a black woman in the end credits which i never even knew despite beating the game multiple times.
here are some things ive found in researching that are of note.
speaking of the furry there exists this bit of dialogue with her:
"The quotes "I can't explain it. I have like, a thing for <name of Witch Doctor>. Is it because of the tail?" and "LOVE. STRONG... <name of Witch Doctor>. Yeeyee!" could suggest that the Zoologist has a potential crush on the Witch Doctor." this is just dialogue and may not even mean anything but its there.
unlike minecraft there are no woke title messages, just a lot of pop culture references.
the arms dealer who is presumably black by skin color and possible names (one of his possible names is literally tryone lmao) is alluded to having relationships with the nurse who is white. this is only through dialog tho and i do not believe the focus to be purposefully on race mixing.
in one of the more recent updates they made it so hairstyles are not attached to the characters gender anymore but since the default character clothes are still gender exclusive im gonna just assume this was done to add more customizability to the player and not to promote any nonbinary or otherwise gay stuff.
there exists a potion to change the players gender but yet again i dont believe this was added at the bidding of trannys.
a peticular dev clothing set consists of a skirt and female uniform despite the dev its belonging to being male, this is a bit gay but you have to be really paying attention to even know this.
"Yoraiz0r's equipment also includes this non-vanity item, which will drop in addition to his clothing set"
there exists a pink versions of the maid vanity set, maybe im reading too much into it but i think this is a very odd choice as you can already dye outfits to be whatever color you want and as far as i know maid outfits are traditionally not pink in any part of the world so this could be some gross crossdressing thing as those unsavorys are quite fond of maid attire.
there are seemingly two paintings that are incomprehensibly GAY
im gonna defend the ponyfag painting a little bit, the party girl is apparently inspired by pinkie pie from mlp so im gonna go out on a limb and say that the devs were already ponyfags and this isnt pandering its just the devs being faggots, also the rainbow on the outside doesnt seem to be gay its just a rainbow. even so, fuck bronys.
fun fact: i have played modded terraria before and came across the fursona painting and just assumed it was from some shitty mod, oh how wrong i was...
my verdict is mild, while there are some completely gross things in terraria i think the game is so big that you have to be actively seeking these things out. i would change this to a medium if they ever added a pride/gay flag or removed gender from the game. as it stands there just seems to be some gross characters on the dev team that get their ideas to leak onto the game every once in awhile with the biggest example being the furry character but as ive said these can be ignored and so i think terraria is fine for now.
some other games i haven't played enough to fully determine but believe to be safe on the surface (anyone whos played these could expand on them to finalize their place on the list)
nier automata - i cant say much for the sequel or whatever it is since i have yet to play it incase it does ruin things but the first nier doesnt have any relations to modern day woke or pop culture and inspite of it being japanese and featuring a twink as one of the main characters it actually gives each character a lot of background and emotion.
satisfactory - ive seen some complaint that this game is somehow a bit woke due to its forced female player character but its a first person game with no outside characters so i dont believe this is an issue. there also are slight hints at an anti corporate/capitalist narrative but its done in a way thats just for comedic effect and isnt exactly pushing an ideology.
subnautica - unlike the second game there is no pandering or gay messages in the first game just pure ocean horror, the only thing i can say is that your player character is a light brown skinned mexican looking dude from what i remember tho you never actually see this ingame i just thought it was weird.
