His obsession with trying to copy video games for the fighting ring is probably my favourite bit of delusion out of him. It's funny enough he's trying to transition into a MK character, but then badly imitating those moves and thinking this will take him far is the icing on the cake. Watching actually talented (real) women copy the moves is something I enjoy doing, but even when they do it perfectly, it never looks quite as cool as the game simply because the game speeds the animations up. As you can see in the video below, the woman certainly looks cool doing the moves, but it's when she speeds the footage up that it actually looks like the game. I just don't see these moves translating to the ring at all at regular speed.
