To be honest this is the most realistic outcome for both of them.
I think NAL is bit of a character, shes usually gets the boglim juice off camera and is just on her phone. When the camera is on then she's just insufferable.

What a dumb fuck this guy is, and he DID make it seem like he ran into them after staking out his apartment he said he'd "figured he would go check out the walmart" he never said cause Kappa Face , Bog and Nip were there shopping on Kappa's stream.

Jessica very well may be the most annoying side character in Cobra history but I do have to applaud her because since she has been around we've been getting some of the most rare angles in the history of the Cobraverse. I've seen more parts of Jord's hovel in the past few days than we ever got to see of the old apartment or the current one.
I mean without her we wouldn't now have the knowledge that you can clearly hear Josh yelling from outside the apartment complex meaning that entire complex is constantly hearing him shouting. I can only imagine the absolute terror that must run through his neighbor's minds once they start hearing that AWOOOOOGA go off at two in the morning.
