Either Cobra mentions her, and she flips out, or Cobra ignores her, and she flips out. She'll flip out on him no matter what. I give it, at most, a week.

Work is slow, i did some poking around- i see he has the bath towel he uses as a dish towel draped over his trailer door i assume to prevent peekers, and his garbage can says “Can must be 6ft from all obstacles for collection”.
I really hope the garbage guys wrote that after being fed up with him, or Papa Nips did to remind him every week

Cobes is like some really ugly trashfire you simply *can't* stop looking, even if you want to, your eyes are glued to the tragedy as your brain tries to make sense of what the fuck is going on.

His cheeks and face look incredibly swollen, even compared to his other recent videos. I know it’s speculated about frequently, but given how noticeably swollen his cheeks have become and how quickly they got that way, it’s very likely that he currently has several dental abscesses growing rapidly which are going to hospitalize him, if he doesn’t have some sort of fatal event in his sleep first.
Given that he’s been in a weird up-and-down depression since Walt died, and drinking heavily at all hours even more so than usual, I’d bet he’s been avoiding Clint too. This could be really bad bros.
If his cheeks look like that in the next video, that should give us confirmation that he’s in for serious trouble.

I'm extremely worried for him right now after watching this video for the reasons you have mentioned.

He will almost certainly develop an abscess at some point, but this ain't it. I mean, just google pics of abscesses tooth facial swelling and compare.

It'll start by looking like he's holding a large marble in his cheek. At that stage the lump is so pronounced and defined you can sometimes tell exactly which tooth it is. From the fucking outside. It'll have been brewing inside, unseen, for quite some time. But within about 2-7 days of first becoming evident from the outside, it'll take off and start to rapidly balloon. At about golf ball-sized the swelling will really start to spread to the rest of the cheek/jaw. It'll stop looking like he's holding a ball in his cheek and more like just massive, general swelling on that entire side of the face. Like about what you'd expect to see the day after if he got hit in the jaw with a hammer. The swollen cheek will droop from the sheer mass of it. And despite the drooping, the swelling can even cause the eye on the affected side to swell shut.

His cheeks are puffy as fuck, but look nothing like an abscess. Also both of his cheeks are equally puffy. It's incredibly unlikely he developed numerous abscesses in multiple locations on the both upper and lower jaws simultaneously. And I've seen none of that ball-shaped, pronounced inital swelling either.

Is it the fact that his mouth is just generally an abhorrent primordial swamp of well-fed, high-fructose-fueled bacteria that's causing the swelling? Something else altogether? Fuck if I know. But I do know it doesn't look like any abscess I've ever seen. I'm no dentist, but I used to work with homeless/addicts and I've seen this shit a thousand times.

tl;dr: You'll know it when you see it, but he ain't there yet.

Swollen cheeks is nothing new for him, his cheeks have been doing that for the past two years or more. His face will vary from video to video because his body is retaining liquid, we just saw recently in one of his food hack videos that he very clearly has pitting edema. I'd imagine he isn't doing much outside of sitting in his chair all day so I'd say it's a safe bet that his lower legs are swollen as well. Also pitting edema isn't necessarily a sign of any major health problems, you can get it just from sitting on your ass or standing for too long. I'd bet that in the morning when he wakes up he has little to no swelling and then as the day progresses and he is sitting on his ass everything starts swelling up. Anyone with half a brain cell could give him some very minor changes/solutions that would solve it for him. All he would have to do is either get his doctor to start him on a diuretic to get rid of the excess fluid build up in his body, he could elevate his legs at night when he sleeps or during the day and he could wear compression socks to deal with the leg swelling, if he has any.

Now of course, like with most medical things, it could also be a sign that his heart or kidney is struggling. Could just be bad blood flow as well. Pitting edema builds up on it's self the longer you let it go without doing something about it so the poor blood flow could be causing the edema and the edema could be making his blood flow even worse.

Personally I think it's just a result of his piss poor eating habits and general sedentary life style. I'm sure the massive amount of alcohol he consumes on a daily basis isn't helping either but nothing we've seen so far, in my opinion, leads me to believe he is currently hiding a major medical issue. When his organs start failing it will be either very obvious on camera or he'll just go away because of hospitalization but even then I'd imagine Courtney would let the community know what's going on since she seems to have the inside scoop on Josh.

Puff’s demise, Jessica’s demonic abuse, eviction, rapid progression of tooth/organ decay, Aaron dying (partially Jessica’s fault) and now Walt‘s passing have put a lot of miles on him recently. He lost his only reason to get into that house to hopefully see LN. He did a shirtless stream after announcing the fundraiser for Angie and her amazing daughter. He’s mourning LN big time (TAPS)

This counselor of his is doing jack. Which bad habits has he been working on? Hygiene? Diet? Drinking? Sleep schedule? Smoking? Spending? It’s never “me and my counselor decided to cut back on my drinking.” Clint is so much better at wrangling Josh. The last time he looked truly happy was Kelly Osbourne’s birthday drink stream, circle of protection on Ozzy.
