I mean of all the things about Cobes's life that Clint could focus on, the first things that come to his mind are "violence", "guns" and "women hating". TBH it sounds like Clint is more concerned that his son isn't a libtard than anything else.... Kind of weird honestly, like obviously Cobra is just a fucking drug/booze fiend and before he sobers up nothing else is really even worth discussing bc he's not going to hear it.

I seriously hope Deathbed goes through Josh's music that he has on his website and preemptively deals with this, because I am almost dead sure that Hell's Advocate has copyrighted material in it and some of these trolls are dedicated to fucking with Josh. They'll comb those songs.

When Hell's Advocate released I remember him talking on a video about using a few songs from YouTube and giving the artist credit as a "feature" on his song. That album alone has 3 separate artists mentioned and there's no telling how many sound bites and things he's taken over the years, so it's just a matter of time now.

I know, the song Devil's Advocate uses this beat from Xander Beats and this beat by Lleni Mirk Official. The former doesn't specify whether it's appropriate to use the beat commercially, while the latter after translating some German specifies that it's free. Josh will probably skate by on this one, but Deathbed probably has to be more careful with copyrighted material that Josh uses from now on. He shouldn't even have to because Josh should know better but it's Josh, so. Needs his hand held on literally most things.

He probably thinks all of youtube is fair use, because of the way clip channels have taken his content. He sees them reuploading his videos and even making money off of it, so in his mind why can't he do the same?

Edit: i just wanted to clarify that I dont think these two examples are equivalent, but it's probably how Josh sees it

Also here is Lenin Lime trying to excuse Cobes saying that in his mind he was collaborating with her and that there's some type of proof out there of it. I'm sure if that was the case, he would have brought it up in the "night video."

Edit x2: Lenin Lime managed to find the clip where Josh references a homegirl sarah, who gave him the harp/organ sounds. Lening recalls her being mentioned in other streams and a Sarah being in the chat, but has been radio silence since the album dropped. Lenin misremembered the names and initially thought Harp Girl/Emily was the name josh had said, leading to the confusion in picture above which is fair since theres hours of content. A cold one to Lenin for tonight

I feel like a "Cobrapedia" is a really good idea but this'll be like the second or third impending deletion threat and I feel like the project is best moved elsewhere. Isn't it not even open for registration? Much like Dramatica proper, nobody will be willing to sign up and work if it could potentially just get shitcanned in general for one reason or another.

Why are you sourcing info from The_Boglim when my post is still out there. I spent two hours trying to find the video no one could give me, least you could do is not be lazy here. I was wrong on this issue.

There was a woman who did collab with Josh or atleast sent him samples but I guess it was not this harp lady or someone trying to be her.
