I mentioned above but in shore he hasn't got enough of the required vitamins an minerals in his system for proper basic maintiance of health let alone repair a wound he's constantly worry at like a dog with flees.

How malnourished is he though? It doesn't look like Cobes has gotten to a point where he's not eating but I do know ethanol screws with your ability to absorb nutrients to begin with.

If I could give him a single piece of advice I'd tell him to take B-complex every day. The other deficiencies can be addressed without too many problems but a thiamine deficiency in particular and any of the B vitamins in general will fuck you up spectacularly and quite likely irreversibly.

le redditors have bit the bullet and reported a variety of things. The most positive being "not bad, it's just a faint hint of some kind of deodorant" to "Kind of like what they spray in nursing homes to cover up the smell of shit". One particularly memorable poster told (or lied about) it having such an odd fragrance that it triggered an asthma attack so bad it sent him to the ER.

tl;dr it just smells like any generic "guys guy" soap that you can get anywhere. They just lie about this one have special pussy wettening properties.

Google image search scurvy. He's teeth are an exact match. It's very likely the sores on his feet are infected from all the shit on the floor. It's probably a MRSA infection by now.

If the skin ever heals, it will be scarred and pockmarked. If it doesn't heal, it will be considered a chronic wound and could get infected with numerous kinds of nasty diseases like necrotizing fasciitis or MRSA which could get into his lymph system and cause sepsis then death.

Since he's had it for so long (a few weeks by my memory), it technically is a chronic wound already, and I'd err on the side of caution and have it checked out at urgent care.
